4 hours in the queue and got the 6 I wanted with no problems (before anyone says you can buy for your friends and family who are season ticket holders). That's 5 less people in the queue

Spent the whole day on and off trying to get tickets.

Twice timed out when in queue but for the last hour or so the site has been down for maintenance.

Only Albion could mess this up.

Home season tickets need to got to Reserved tickets section, not home tickets - a bit confusing if you're not used to the system.

Are members only allowed 1 ticket? I ask as a member who's been to 6 home games this year (difficult to go when at uni) with my dad but only I have membership and he doesn't (he's been to all the games I have). So will I only be able to get 1 ticket for myself and nothing for him?
