If I have an ifollow account, has that been automatically cancelled with the move or do I need to contact someone? Can’t see anything about it.

Try entering the your details where it says register or log in for video content. I didn’t have I follow but would have thought if it’s un recognised it’s been wiped

Looks like there’s an issue with the certificate that is checked to show that this site and address is what it says it is.

Which browser is that in? Do you have issues in any others (chrome, Firefox, edge etc?)

All the details are here

https://www.wba.co.uk/news/welcome-new-look-wbacouk

It looks as though it's not complete yet, details of alternatives for ifollow etc will be published later.

Kev! When you click on your desktop screen there is an icon you click on, it's most likely to be Google Chrome, that's your browser. It's what you use to browse the internet.
If it was easy, it wouldn't be Albion

cheers, not my area by any means. Done it myself and the page does not have an SSL certificate (there should be a padlock looking icon on the address bar) even though it’s a https address. Could just be the key is incorrect for that page but that will be why, it’s saying one thing but can’t be verified. Like hiring a lawyer with a degree in art.

There's a padlock on the OS, it states that the certificate was issued by Amazon on July 30th and expires next August. It's this place that hasn't got one. Unless it's this place you're on about. I'm confused. Back on topic the new OS looks a bit of a dog's dinner to be honest. There's a lot going on, very 'busy'.

there’s one in the other pages, not the FAQs which is the one throwing the error.

The old site linked to iFollow, but that is only for Championship and below. Will be interested to see if there is any live coverage of games. I doubt it somehow as it would probably be in breach of some rights that Sky have everyone tied into.

I may have dreamt this or have got it totally wrong, but I thought I read that Albion would be doing their own streaming of games next season, perhaps that's another reason for the new OS

we were leaving iFollow anyway whether we were promoted or not. But I’ve not seen anything on cancelling said iFollow if you have it.

I got an email from EFL Digital saying WBA iFollow would not operate beyond August 2020, and that "West Bromwich Albion will announce the details of their alternative service in due course."
I wrote in to cancel my iFollow subscription,  just in case they tried extending it.

On the new look O/S there is a WBA TV tab which appears to be the new iFollow. It has information about subscribing for packages etc in the T&C section.

Was there a basic subscription fee or were the videos free to watch?

Shouldn't really but I did chuckle when I saw that 'Sam Johnstone's best bits from the promotion campaign' only lasts forty seconds  ;D .

Got to feel sorry for the media team having to relive those 46 'performances' to eke out those 40 seconds.
