Frustrating we haven’t scored but just watching us play some good football is so refreshing after the slog of last season.

I’ve always thought Tom Davies at Everton will end up here, time will tell.

Gallagher looks like twice the player he was with us.

Diangana just doesn’t seem to be the same player he was 2 years ago. I hope it’s just a lack of playing time and not all those niggling injuries.

Terrible first half. Let’s see Ismael can do with his team talk, wouldn’t fancy being on the end of one when he’s angry.

Off the top of my head the average age of the first XI posted by Baggie96 would be 25 which is going to be the youngest it's been for a while.

Updated squad list with most recent additions added. I have also put in all the youngsters who featured against Arsenal. These take the squad to 30 in total. There are 21 with at least 50 Senior appearances under their belt and while that leaves 9 rookies bulking out the squad in most instances they are the third choice option.

This is great and good to see our average age looks a lot more youthful than in past years. This is the first time I’ve clocked that Clark is only 24, thought he was pushing 30!

I think we've generally got our 'big' transfers a bit wrong. If you add Chadli, Ideye and Chester who didn't really make an impression, that's 4/9 of our £9m + transfers that never made 50 appearences. With the jury still out on Grant and Diangana that leaves Livermore, Rodriguez and Rondon who would all divide fan opinion.

Friend of mine is a Grimsby fan and they love Windsor. Won the game for them with a run from the half way line to get the penalty. Great to hear about the talent coming through.

Strangely I feel a bit optimistic. Start Gallagher and Ivanovic next week and see how it goes. We need another LB and CF desperately.

I like to stay optimistic (or try) but the fact is we currently have a worse squad than what limped to second last year. Fact is we need 3/4 new players but that seems unrealistic. The subs we bought on today are just not good enough for premier league football.

Playing very well for West Ham in pre season. I'm coming around to the idea that this won't happen. Last hope I have is that Chelsea have made some signings now so can't see them signing Rice and supposedly West Ham need to sell before buying.

I'd be happy with Grant. Friend is a Huddersfield fan and thinks he is a Cameron Jerome/Dwight Gayle type player in that he will score in the Championship but not the Prem. I think he is better that what we have, young and if we do go down would stand us in good stead of coming back up again. Probably too much to ask but Grant, Toney and Austin or HRK would be a solid enough front 3 in my opinion.

Parker looks so out of place..Yaya Toure, Alex Song, Cabaye have all had better seasons and that's just midfielders.

I personally, think Parker has ha an excellent season much better than Song. Without him Bale and Modric wouldn't be as affective as they wouldn't have the freedom IMO. Travesty how Dempsey is not in that list though, he's been brilliant all year.

Two goals in two games have come from Mulumbu's sloppy play.
