The Hawthorns can become a 12th player at night. Just need the fans to really get behind the lads.

They played a kid yesterday, Loftus-Cheek, hes one of their Accademy players 6ft 3ins and looks a right handful.
In the stats after the game he was the only player to have 100% pass and completion figures.

I think we can put Nabi on the bench and give him some time to play.

Nothing career threatening of course, but a few stud marks here and there would I think be acceptable redress.

Yes, most certainly. If I recall at the time, he was just about breaking through, and even made a few sub appearances at the age of 16. At that time, Berahino was 3 years older and was on loan at Northampton in league 2.
It's fair to assume that he'd have gone through the same steps that Berahino did to get football, i.e. loaned out to the lower leagues then called up when the time was correct, and I believe that time would have been around now or next season.

It's interesting that people question Berahino's attitude but at least he saw out the lower leagues, played football and advanced naturally - you have to give him respect for that. Funnily enough he will now be on to better things than Brown in terms of money and success and he deserves it.

I thought it was assumed fact Brown was only introduced to the first team because we knew Chelsea were sniffing around and we hoped that a taste of first team action would persuade him to stay?

It's the reported truth, so we don't know to what degree it is correct. Maybe Clarke actually quite liked him? It's abit like his alleged agreement with Albion staff to sign a professional contract with us, then left for Chelsea, we don't know and nobody's saying nothing.

They'll have a few youngsters in, they will want to impress and play without fear, our full backs and midfield will be over run, probably have Yacob sent off for a couple of mistimed tackles.
