I hate Pulis, but it doesn't take much to outwit Darren Moore. Can only say fair play to him for making the necessary changes to win the match.
If you're conceeding 3 goals to a Pulis team then you deserve to lose. That was a sh*t-show from us tactically. Starting HRK was bewildering, regardless of January incomings he should have been dropped for recent performances. Spent the first half crossing against the biggest defence in the league. No reaction to Assombalonga coming on and Pulis' change of shape. Midfield was knackered after 60 mins but he left it until 78 mins and we'd already conceeded. Even then, it should have been Livermore for Field. Then Montero is left on the bench when we were desperate for attacking impetus, instead he brings Brunt on in the position he's been a liability in all season and surprisingly he's still a liability there.
I don't see how we go up when Moore/Jones/Whoever is consistently making the wrong tactical decisions and leaving things too late in games.
Pulis was proactive today, it cost us. Farke was proactive for Norwich, it cost us. Frank was proactive for Brentford, it cost us.
