2-1 BTA.  Great pass from Furlong and then cross from Wallace to tap in

Him and Kipre. With those two at the back it's going to be a painful season.

At least Kipre is good on the ball. Ajayi is petrified of it

3-3 BTA. Keeper howler passes to BTA who hits it first time into the net.

He's clumsy, an accident waiting to happen.

Ajayi backing off their player who entered our penalty box to create space for him to finish is exactly the kind of sporting spirit i love to see in football.

Kipre is very assured with the ball at his feet for me, questionable defensively sure

And having a young inexperienced keeper behind them, can't be helping?

Yeah Kipre is actually quite a decent footballer, it's the defending side of him that worries me.

I know it’s only preseason but neither team will be at it 100%. I would say the fact that we have struggled defensively against teams points to our weaknesses for the season to come. A draw at a side like Bolton who may well be towards the top of League 1 suggests we’ll be towards the bottom of the Championship. Palmer and O’Shea are big losses in defence.

Ajayi can't read the game defensively. Ask him to defend the penalty area on the ground and he is all over the place.

Fully agree with that. He invited him to finish and he did.

No chance with the goals. Not had much else to do. Defence as a whole looks dreadful though.
