Has Rooney been sacked yet?
No, it seems he can do no wrong down here at the moment.
Plenty of reports of him out on the town the night before games.
An open training session ( where he picked up a knock) where he looked the best player on the pitch.
Today there are pictures of him and the family visiting local bakeries with his family.
A great media circus for the locals.

The football reported is awful, and are favourites for relegation, he should be gone before Christmas.

Hasn't he been there for a while? since he left Ipswich?

Sure I read that he was with them even though he was injured

No, he was released and then re-signed by Oxford. No idea of why though....

Just looked, he's been with them receiving treatment but not actually signed with them, seems he impressed when he was with them on loan

Former Brighton midfielder Steven Alzate has agreed a deal to join Hull City on a free transfer. Alzate is set to sign a two-year deal + one with the Championship club. #hcafc #bhafc

Yeah I think this is one of the Lai transfer widow specials or is this the one that was Chelsea messing us around on? Yes though.

Burnley held on to beat Leeds 1-0 earlier

Luton got their first win

Oxford have had a great start to the season and beat Stoke 1-0.

Blackburn beat Bristol convincingly by the looks of it, with what looks like a bargain signing from Japan scoring his 4th in 5 games.

Derby beat Cardiff who look like they might be in trouble this year

Wednesday and QPR drew

Norwich have been beat by Swansea

Boro drop more points to Preston

Watford and Coventry have drawn

However in the biggest shock of the day in the championship, Plymouth have beaten Sunderland 3-2 with a last minute winner to get Rooney’s first win.

We can go top with a win tomorrow

Rumour has it that Cardiff are considering firing their manager which would be the 2nd managerial change in a 5 game old season. It never changes it is the most mental league in the world.

They do! The locals are getting restless already. In the after match phone in on local radio a lot were a lot saying they look weak all over the pitch and have no discernible style of play.  Shouldn't  have sacked Rosenior.
Shame!!!

I don't know much about his time there but moving Koumas out wide against us seemed baffling to me after he was terrorizing us down the middle.

You'd imagine any manager currently settled at a club would look at Stoke as far too much of a gamble. They always back the manager (within PSR limits) because they are loaded, but nothing anyone seems to do ever works there. I have no sympathy for their fans as I do not particularly like them, but they must be tearing their hair out at the years of wallowing at the bottom of this league despite their budget.

16th, 15th, 14th, 14th, 16th, 17th since they got relegated from the Prem.... good lord that's grim.
