Back in our own hands as they say. Albeit even though Coventry didn't win I thought they looked pretty good.

It's the same scenario as the Bristol match, win and we are level on points, lose and it's six points behind them. We have one last chance of a top six finish, and we have it within us to make it. My head says we will blow it, but anything can happen on the day.

Some last minute, last ditch firefighting from Cardiff maybe!

Graeme Bailey
@GraemeBailey

Cardiff City are considering a shock return of Neil Warnock as manager to help save them from the Championship drop.

Luton win 1-0 at Derby to draw level with them.

Burnley and Leeds promoted today.

Be absolutely great if Sheff United make a mess of the play offs.

Cannot stand Wilder.

They've never been promoted through the play offs (lost 3 times), so you may well get your wish!

Burnley only conceding 15 goals all season is an incredible record

That does seem to make sense, unless, with his arrogance, he feels he can do better.

Didn't realise Norwich were American owned, just read through an article about their sacking, seems they are in a similar position to us owner wise (but without the big time Charlie players)

I think you may have made an inadvertent spelling mistake Elmo as we don't have any big time Charlies in our dressing room. Small time flouncy Charlottes would be far more appropriate in the circumstances.

Apologies to any Charlottes or parents of Charlottes who may feel offended by associations or comparisons to our dressing room. It's nothing personal I assure you. It just feels like an apt descriptor.

'One of the best squads in the division'. Still laughing at that oft' trotted out line over the last few seasons. The best squads (in my opinion) are well balanced cohesive units containing good players who'd run through brick walls for each other.

Not disparate individuals with a 'look at me' bounce about them. We do have some good players for this level. We do. What we don't have are enough characters and leaders willing to take responsibility for themselves, their teammates or bosses.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.
Oh, and always remember to defecate on those Vile chaps in claret and spew.

Yeah, the strange thing about some of the posters claiming we had the best squad in the division were also on other threads writing how p@nts some of the individuals were.  ???

Coventry down to 10 after 10 minutes Vs Luton.

Absolute shambles we haven't stayed in contention until the end of the season

Absolute travesty really, any semi capable managerial appointment would have had us finishing 5th with ease

Only way to get into play offs is hope Cov, Millwall and Blackburn lose all 2 games. Hope Boro only beat Cov by 1 goal and hope we win our next 2 and with a margin of 4 goals? Is that correct?

No, Boro could get thrashed by Norwich today, the rest of the above be the same and we just need to win 2 games in a row…. It sounds almost possible till the last line, lol !
