Route one look promising for us.

Heggem chance wasn't route one really, was a lovely ball into Maja and a nice layoff to Heggem.

Fellows is anonymous yet again.
It is not the taking part, but the winning that counts.

Said in the summer I felt we were missing an upgrade in attacking midfield. Our over reliance on the Fellows-Maja link up has been exposed in recent weeks and I’m still certain that it’s our biggest issue.
I have a feeling he may try Dike up with Maja when fit, Majas link up play means we won't need an AM.

I also think we may see Dike and Maja together.

We seemed bunched up rather than putting ourselves out, to be available.

I'm up for that.

Try and move Swift and/or Grady on in Jan before losing both on free's. I am assuming we won't be offering them new deals though.

Ajayi with another scare.  If I was the opposition striker I'd be licking my lips at the thought of coming up against him.  He'll gift you a couple of good chances per game if you pressure him.

No direction from the non-existant midfield.

No direction from the non-existant midfield.

I think the problem is poor distribution from the defence and keeper that puts the midfield under pressure.  Then midfielder's who get the ball from the defence but are too reserved.  Quite often there'll be a neat pass inside that would open things up but they'll reject it just to pass it back to the defence again.

5 shots off target, 1 on.

They have 2 off/1 on

Little to no movement from our 3 supporting maja
Mowett not getting on the ball as much, Blackburn stopping him so we need to adapt and so far we haven’t
We could be 2-0 up and it’s still an awful watch

Fellows needs to get in the gym, painfully weak. Fed up of watching Diangana offer absolutely nothing, we’ve had 5 years of it now
