That's on Corberan. Trying to contain a side for 45 minutes that offered practically no threat. Way too negative and unnecessarily so.

I totally agree.

The negativity just gave the the way back into the game.

On a roundel paly of thirteen argent and azure a missel thrush perched on a hawthorn branch leaved and fructed proper.

Cautious Carlos is officially back for me.

2 points wasted.

No real intent in 2nd half to go and take control of game or put it beyond Oxford.

No striker on the pitch again.

All on CC for me.

Pretty comfortable all game
Too negative second half Wallace and swift were both poor when come on
Ajayi needs dropping, between him and palmer faffing around has cost us 3 points
Palmer still doesn’t convince me with his all round game
Positives were Racic and mowatt ran the game first half
Grant played well with a good goal too
Heggem looked back to his normal reliable self
Fellows and diangana quiet
2 big points dropped we should have won that game
Top 2 is beyond us this season and if we don’t put teams to the sword play offs will be a push
Carlos loves a 1-0 but we can’t defend
I’d love to know why we went back to walking football second half is this Carlos being too negative?

I’ve always praised the manager, but the past 4 games, he’s been shown to be lacking.’
Very poor second half….

The great start after 6 games is now looking average after 10. With a tough November coming up we really needed those points.

Unimpressed with us today, we are looking lethargic
The players aren't good enough to put on the cool as you like passing around at the back thing.  Pathetic.

From 60 minutes onwards we pratted  around slowing the game down with endless pointless passes at the back, it only needed one silly mistake and Ajayi and Palmer gifted it.
We are 10x the team when we play at pace so why do we keep doing it?

We always look worse when Maja comes off that’s for sure. We had no out ball once he was subbed off

That's because CC likes no striker on the pitch once Maja goes off. Insanity

For automatic promotion you need to be up at 2 points per game, which we’ve slipped below now. Still early days and I’m happy with the position we are in, but it should be so much better

1-0 always a risky lead to defend. As so often, we needed an extra goal margin.

Semi really wanted them to score. Awful ball to Palmer that rushed the kick, then headed the ball out without need and then didnt head the ball from the throw-in. Three mistakes in a few seconds.

We were garbage second half but still should have held on. Oh well onto the next one.

I really don’t get it. We’re now so risk-averse that we’ve become a really easy team to play against. Grant is the only player who doesn’t look terrified to have a shot. The amount of times we pass up chances to shoot or try to check back inside or overplay it is ridiculous.

And as soon as we take the lead we offer zero threat. Just try to roll the ball between the centre backs until we get robbed of possession. Teams know they can sit in our half as we don’t even try to attack. As much as I rate CC, there’s a balance between attack and defence, and he’s been miles off it the past few months.

Palmer faffing about cost us. Diangana awful. Fellows anonymous 2nd half. Wallace looks like a pensioner. Chuckle brothers in defence.

Woeful.
Diagana awful?you must of been watching a different match he played well ,way better than swift in that no 10

I'm sick of seeing us line up with no striker on the bench , as soon as Maja went off we collapsed at trying to hold the ball up.
Cole might not be up to it over a season but he's got to offer more than lobbing a winger up top from when Maja goes off .
This side doesn't score enough goals overall to achieve much this season.

They played exactly how we wanted them too...

Yet somehow forgot we needed to keep playing to actually win a game!

What exactly did he do? Constantly gets shrugged off the ball so lightweight, awful decision making when he has the ball and almost cost us a goal when he decided to cross the ball in our own box.

Garbage.

It’s not true though that we stopped playing in a forward way after taking the lead. It stopped second half. Whether that was psychological or tactical we cannot know.

Diangana had a lot of good play in the first half I though.

We have a distinct inability to take lesser teams to task. How many 1-0’s this season? We need to be getting 2/3 goals leads and we just can’t do it. Very rarely comfortable.

I would take anyone coming on over Wallace this season who looks completely done as a footballer at this level. Losing Maja after 60-70 minutes every game just leaves us with no presence up top

It's completely unacceptable from CC. It's the thing that annoys.me the most from him. Unbalancing the team because he doesn't rate Cole. He's 3rd choice but better than any other option until Dike returns
