All seems a bit knee jerk to me. If that header doesn’t go in it’s a well managed 1-0 win.

However, I was disappointed we didn’t build on the first half performance as we were completely comfortable and playing very well. We were worse after the 4 changes but even still - Oxford weren’t threatening the goal and the throw-in comes from poor individual play.

Yeah but the header has gone in and it’s ended 1-1,should have never been in that situation ,his cautious approach and his same ridiculous substitutions cost us again

You always play the game. Constantly trying to see out slender leads has cost us in the past under CC.

To counter that we have also been very very good at it a number of times.

Id say our defence isn't a good this season as it was in the past though. Particularly the CBS. Kipre was crucial to the way we played. We haven't replaced him so why persist

But then look at the goals against column…admittedly it doesn’t tell the full story and Kipre was a very, very big loss. I’m still interested to see if in the long term Heggem is the central defensive answer, but the worry is who replaces him at LB.

CC is so frustrating. We're so much better at attack than defence, why oh why does he insist on taking our two most attacking threats off (Maja & Fellows) just so he can squeeze Wallace in and drop everyone else deep. Our defence is not good enough for that!

That's it isn't it. CC reluctant to play Frabotta so we get 2 never changing CBs.

We are not a defensive team, we don't have the players for it but CC continues. Frustrating

3 game week so I imagine that will be why he took them off however Wallace is looking terrible and it’s hard to defend decisions to have him on the pitch.

Wallace is spent now yet we know he's coming on.

We have to hope someone comes in for him in Jan

And I think that’s the issue. Maybe neither Frabotta or Styles are the answer, and there are many reports that Holgate has had a dire time since leaving us and other reports that he’s not great in training so really the only realistic answer is McNair for Ajayi. Hope to see that on Wednesday.

All momentum gone now. Stop trying to defend 1-0 leads, it is not in our DNA, when we sit back we concede.

The only one of our current back 5 comfortable on the ball is Heggem, apparently from reports wildsmith is also poor on the ball
If Carlos wanted a more possession based game why didn’t we replace kipre or palmer with players comfortable on the ball
I’m a fan of swift but he was anonymous today along with Wallace who looks so far off the pace of championship football
I’d have got styles on in midfield he is one who is comfortable on the ball
Also diakite keeps it simple
Really strange subs again by Corberan
Will these owners give him another season if we fail again?
I wouldn’t be bothered either way there’s plenty of decent managers out there

It's fairly unlikely anyone will be offering us 4m for him any time soon.

I can't tell whether he's arrogant or ignorant or a mix of both.

This no forward on the bench has to stop , if Cole can't play 20 mins somebody needs outing for signing him . Lobbing Wallace or Dobbin up top achieves nothing and to keep doing it is on Carlos , waiting for an injury prone Dike is madness too .

Leicester will surely get rid of Cooper soon so maybe they will look at CC again.

4m is nothing to PL clubs I suppose. Let's hope and pray

So we're now hoping and praying for someone to take our manager? Wow, just wow.

At 4m that would be a deal too good to turn down for me.

I just can’t wrap my head around this, I’m sorry bud! He’s not perfect but I really can’t see any better options than him and many worse.

I am frustrated at the lack of Cole on the bench and I also think the 4 or 5 changes are very rarely helping.
