I really don't have a clue, we are in such a mess.  Dyche would probably keep us up.

Liam Rosenior, was harshly treated by Derby having taken over the reigns from Rooney and was probably the brains behind that regime

For all the Dood followers on Twitter.

His thread on people we are alleged to have spoken to is depressing.

Says we're looking to make a appointment by the weekend.

The Keane odds smack of people putting his appearance at the preston game with our vacancy and getting 5.

Corberan resigned as well, shows some integrity.

Yeah I really don't see Keane as an option.

Firstly I don't think he would ever go to a game as a prospective manager and undermine his old captain at Man United in their job, that would be disrespectful.

Secondly given Lai vetoed Wilder, I seriously doubt he would ever consider Keane.

I voted for Dyche, but thinking about it is he just not another one of those old fashioned dinosaurs.

The more I think about it, I like the thought of Enzo Maresca, particularly due to him having worked with Pep at City.

Left field I know, but it was discussed on The Liquidator last week, what about Serena Wiegman in charge of the Lionesses, very successful, and what a high profile ground breaking appointment that could be?

And finally, what about big Duncan Ferguson, he wouldn't take any rubbish from some of the serial failures in our squad.
Now in Islamabad, Pakistan

Oh god no
That would end 65 years of supporting the Club for me if he was appointed.

Mick McCarthy was briefly 5th favourite this morning at 8/1.    That would have livened the debate on here if he’d been appointed!

Easier to resign when your stocks high though. Integrity our calculated?

Have you got a catch-all "a n other" in the poll?

Got a feeling it might go left field this time.

I just looked up next manager odds as the news broke. I'll try to keep it relatively up to date as names are linked.

I can add a "someone else" choice
Dexy : LiamTheBaggie : MarkW : OldburyWBA
Adder : Hull Baggie : lewisant : Political Cake : tommcneill

Didn't Derby remove him fairly early doors? Not sure why that makes him good for us...

Much prefer we take our time and actually evaluate who's available and how they suit us rather than just jump straight into a shortlist of one like with Bruce.

The season is over from a promotion perspective so we're not really in a rush. Anyone half decent will get us up towards mid-table.

In his view Derby were harsh on him. Says he knows him from Derby. Excellent coach and develops the team and young players as well

Already changed my mind about Dych, too much like Bruce and i think a short term fix.
Scott Parker for me now.
Keane would be a complete waste of space.
Seeing how the spread of votes are, it is going to be a difficult call.

After the job at Derby I wouldn't have been against Rooney but he's in the MLS now I think.

I am another who would not want Dyche - one dimensional. But I haven't got a clue who would be a good appointment.
