We've renewed our three. No seat changes for any of us. No changes to payment method or details. No category changes either really as my lad still pays the concessionary price. Wife and son have both been sent new Stile Cards. I haven't.
doing them in alphabetical order, make her official, job done !  :D

Anyone else still waiting on a new stilecard? Are we meant to use old ones? I may have missed something but can't see any information from the club on this.

I'm not a kid.....although I am able to say I saw some of the best Albion sides. What is obvious, there appears to be no consistency

My wife received new stile card, I’ve been told matches have been uploaded to my old card. Both are senior tickets!

The club keep saying use your old stile card but there appears to be an awful lot of people receiving new cards. My mother and brother have also received new stile cards last week.

Meanwhile I still don't have a new card. Mind you, judging on how they've managed to distort the wife's image on her new card to make her look like something from a zombie apocalypse movie I'd prefer to stick with the old one anyway. I've  got enough problems looking the way I do as it is  ;D .

Having spoken to someone at the club:

Adults who have renewed the same seat use their existing card
All juniors will get new cards due to different prices etc

So if your kids get a new card but you don't, then that's normal. A bit of clarity from the club itself wouldn't have gone a miss though.

Received this today
Dear Frank

Everyone at the club would like to thank you for purchasing your season ticket for 2022/23.

We are looking forward to welcoming you back to the Hawthorns and being together under one roof!

We are keen to ensure you are set up and ready for the season. As there have been no changes to your seat or price tariff you may access the stadium with your 2021-22 stilecard.

Yeah, we've had the same emails although they didn't call us all Frank. They'll probably send the wife and lad another one tomorrow asking for the return of their new Stile Cards  ;D .

More rubbish on this forum about shirts and stilecards, than serious talk about the team.
Exception being of course, the vendetta against Captain Fantastico, and those like me who support him (or at least don't think he is the devil incarnate)
Can't wait for the action to start. to those who support the team I wish a happy and successful season. To those who stay at home and crib about everything Albion, do one.

All about opinions which is what the forum is for, if you don't like something scroll past it instead of doing the same and moaning about members. Not a lot to talk about teamwise at the moment, hopefully that will change from tomorrow onwards so obviously people will talk about shirts and stile cards.

Yes, the one man crusade is boring but its his opinion.
