Personally I think to much water as gone under the bridge . But maybe just maybe DM could turn the kids life and career around with being both devout Christians DM is probably the kind of Gaffa he needs someone to talk to and listen. Who knows he could be a steal Stoke will probably give him away gift wrapped

Two questions:

1. Take him back to where?

2. Could I leave him there after we arrived or would I have to bring him back again?
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.
Oh, and always remember to defecate on those Vile chaps in claret and spew.

Going way back to when he was sent back from Brentford following scenes of absolute carnage at his hotel Roy Hodgson wanted to fire him but was persuaded by Dan Ashworth to keep him on.
Do tell me more this is a new one on me

Private reg or not, he will still have the mentality of a potato.

He could score 20+ goals next season and even then having him back would be completely stupid, you wouldn't go back to an ex who wanted to leave you would you?  ;D

I'm just glad it hasn't worked out for him there to spite stoke more than anything  8)

Absolutely no chance.

Useless anyway.

Said it in the middle of that purple patch all those years ago; the lad is/was MASSIVELY overhyped.

Stoke could pay us £12m to have him back and I’d still say no.

Clearly got in with the wrong crowd. They are only money grabbing hangers on, who wont be within a million miles of him when he's broke, because he will be broke in the future. His agent was also a money grabbing tw*t that went out of his way to destabilize the lad. Yet another example of potential giving way to utter greed. These youngsters get too much, way too soon. Unless they have a steadying hand around them they have no hope, particularly if they aren't clue'd up in the first place. The fact he fell out at Albion in such a bad way, only to be shipped out to Stoke, and to then continue with such appalling behavior, shows how immature the boy is. One day he may look back and reflect on his life, but alas it will be too late to save his rapidly deteriorating football career. If he wants to stay in the game once he leaves Stoke, he is going to have to accept a huge pay cut i imagine. Can his ego allow that?? Time will tell. I actually believe there was a very good footballer in there somewhere, but fear we will never find out now.

This is all a bit of a non-story, isn't it?
