Was a striker at a relatively low level. His assistant manager roles have been much more high profile.

John Percy has confirmed it's very close to happening. His first training session could be Thursday.

Someone posted some time ago, when we were first linked to him, that he coached defending whilst Martinez looked after attacking, but I have no idea if that's correct or not.

I still maintain that our forwards would benefit from specialist coaching on how to make runs, playing off the shoulder etc etc.
