West Bromwich Albion FC / A way to show our frustration?
« on: March 14, 2021, 04:57:42 PM »
Obviously with covid, football fans have not been able to vent frustration at their teams ineptitude up and down the country. However with the premier league saying we can have crowds back in potentially for the last two games, I’m not sure if it is the last two or the very last one which then does not concern us, I would love us to send a clear message to our owners, board, manager and players that you can play in an empty stadium anyway as we don’t want to see you. I for one won’t be returning to football until we can all go, so if it’s only say 8 thousand for the last home game i would love to see fans turn their nose up at not buying any tickets to send a message to the whole club, won’t happen I know as people years ago did the Mexican wave for our last home game after relaxation but just an idea, thoughts?

West Bromwich Albion FC / If we are not careful
« on: December 29, 2020, 07:35:44 PM »
We are gone for this season, that’s for sure. A short term manager in BS, who I think may be gone sooner than we think, similar to Pulis when he realises he won’t get money and cannot do anything with this bunch. My concern with the club in the hands of people who are not interested, that is clear, what will we do for next season. My fear is we could easily drop straight through, similar to Sunderland. It is made worse as us fans can do nothing at the moment to get our voices heard. Could you imagine the anger towards the owner if we were in the ground tonight.

West Bromwich Albion FC / Championship Rebuild
« on: December 23, 2017, 05:34:12 PM »

When we first got up into the prem I was desperate to stay up not just because we were mixing it with the so called big clubs but there were several players I would be gutted to see leave if we went down. I now can honestly say that if we go down I could not careless which players want to leave. This bunch are a total waste of space. We need to start again. I tempted to say give our so called youth a chance now. They are the future. Now is the time to rebuild and let an up and coming manager take over and use our so called exciting youth players a chance. I for one am not bothered one jot about going down, as the league we are in had frankly become boring and dull. Wolves are welcome to it

Hi all
Hope you can help me. I am accessing this from my phone on 4g. The site works fine, as it was this morning when I went on just using my normal connection. I tried about ten mins ago to log on and it was telling me, this domain may be for sale, click here to buy.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me please?

General Football & Sports / The Sunday supplement

Anyone ever seen this on sky?
Seen a few bits and pieces over the years. Looks like it should be renamed, let's talk about the top six as no one else matters!  They said of our result against Arsenal, good result, getting best out of team with little resources and let's move on. It looks like the people on it wouldn't be able to find a ground outside the top six even with a sat nav. Why can't we talk more of other people than klopp or Jose.

West Bromwich Albion FC / The modern football fan
« on: October 04, 2015, 10:39:34 PM »
I'm not sure what to make of the current state of football fans in this country. Not just with our club but in general. With regards to us, i have read comments that people would rather have Irvine back than have Pulis. Seriously people you would think we were bottom of the league ten points adrift. We need to give this bloke a whole season and longer to get his own players in. People saying we hope we lose to Sunderland so he can be sacked. Yes I know it's far from pretty at the moment but he needs time to get his players in. It's clear to me he hoped to do more business and couldn't get the players he wants. If we had won on Monday when we should of then I very much doubt people would have been half upset as they were by yesterday. I just hate this sack mentality we have now with regards to managers in this country.  Rodgers sacked after spending a fortune in the summer, what was the point of doing that. Might as well have sacked him at the back end of last day of the season. People have zero patience of anything anymore in this country

« on: May 31, 2011, 12:15:57 PM »
Hi
Just a quick question that I would like someone to answer. Is there a direct debit option on season tickets this season? Sit in east stand. Just wondering if anyone could let me know

Thanks

West Bromwich Albion FC / If we go down
« on: February 25, 2011, 09:41:41 PM »
Hi
This is not by any means a negative poll and I hope as much as anyone we stay up. However, if we go down what is the deal with Roy? Can anyone see him staying and trying to bring us back up? Personally I cannot and where would that leave us? I am also sure that relagation would mean a mini clearout simply because many would not want to play championship football again not because we were skint. I think it could take a season of rebuilding before we could come up again. Again i am not trying to be negative but want to know other peoples view on what Roy would do
