Villa away when Scharner scored the winner was great as we finally beat them.... and the 1-5 will take some beating.

Darren Bardley's Screamer v Wolves at the Hawthorns 1993. 3-2 win for the Baggies. One of the best goals Ive ever seen standing in the Brummie Road. Especially with it being against the Dingles.... ;D

Wolves away in the FA Cup - 0-3. Had the whole south bank. "Sold your seat for a pie and a pint" Best game I've ever been to.

When we beat the vile 2 - 0 on boxing day 1973, I was 15 and all my school was Villa! Well over 40,000 inside that day. I think Bomber scored one of them.

In fact Bomber got the 2 goals.  The attendance was 43,119.

Aah yes, Villa Park 1982 & I wasn't far from being a school leaver!

Fantastic night, made all the better by the fact the scumbags always seemed to get the better of us.
Not this time though ... with the game still goal-less, the ball dropped to my favourite Baggie of all time Derek Statham, & bang ... he volleys the ball home sending the packed away end into delerium!
Magical scenes & a magical night ... loved it!
Never missed a game that season, 2 semi-finals but unfortunately we were bridesmaids again.

For a Albion fan living in a villa area that victory was oh so sweet. Walked in my local which was full of vile scum bags with my arms aloft and shouted YESSSSSSSSSSS.

Matches i attended would be Vile in the Qtr final of the Lge cup , baggies fans were well up for it that night singing for most of the game.
The chant We hate villa i swear lasted 20 minutes in the second half even Godden told us to calm down without any joy.
The Wolves would be the 3-2 Bradley thunderbolt game what a match and atmosphere that Bradley goal nearly done me in i had to tell myself to calm down  before my heart gave out.

Whilst any win against the Vile is something wonderful to behold and the most important derby game to me having been brought up in Great Barr. Having said that the wolves 1-5 win is probably my favourite because we were magnificent that day. Wolves went in to melt down after that result and still haven't recovered were as we finally started to look like establishing ourselves as premiership side. Long may it continue!

The most satisfyingly was the 3-2 Raven Bradley Donovan game. With a lot of mates who are wolves fans and working in Wolverhampton at the time they were giving it the big and saying how good they were and taking the p*** saying how much their team cost compared to our after Sir Jack had bankrolled them.

We were brilliant that day and although at the time we were a pretty poor team but like always we rise and tend to beat the Wolves more often than not.

1-5 against wolves. We were all over them first half, remember missing so many chances, then we ended up somehow 1-1 at half time. The rest is history!

Still have very fond memories of beating Wolves in the second leg of the play offs. Always remember running on the pitch and taunting the dingles in the Smethwick.

Probably one of my all time favorites too :)

Was watching in a Pub, with a few Seals around me, for that match.... Loved it ;)
