Their arrogance and delusion has returned, normal service has resumed. From the radio last night:

"We should offer Blues £20m for Johnson, Dann & Foster to get us into Europe"

Reporter points out that Blues paid over £15m for the three.

"Well, they'll want to go when they find out we are interested - they will get in the England squad playing for us. Oh, by the way, well done Gerrard, top man, i've allways said he'd come good"

I only go for the beer.

They are the most fickle fans around. They really are. I wonder how many that are around now would support the team if they were relegated. Not many I would guess.

We've had a good season in terms of rubbing their noses in it, and they've hated every second.

I am sure that they are starting to dislike us a little more this season. I will guess that should we beat them next week they will start to hate us maybe?

I know my Villa mates have started to hate Albion just because of the stick I have given them.

A perfect ending to this season would be us to finish above them. However that is know looking unlikely.

Houllier said to be comfortable in hospital after being taken ill overnight.

Knowing his history of heart trouble let's hope its not too serious and he gets back in the dugout soon.

Hopefully it isn't anything to do with his previous heart issues and he's back at work as soon as possible.

Get well soon Gerard. Just seen the article on the Sky Sports website and some Villa fans have been leaving negative comments and disliking comments made by other Villa fans wishing him a swift recovery. Only Villa fans could do this.

Some will come out with typically vile, dismissive comments whilst others make hypocrites of themselves by creating some sort of love in.

They're a point ahead of us, with 5 games to go, one of which is against them. How is that unlikely? It could go either way. Shame that in their worst season for a long time (and probably for a while now) they won't get relegated.

According to Tom Ross on Twitter:

Paul Faulkner rang me to say that Gerard had been taken to hospital with chest pains, it was not a heart attack but is having tests

This could be a bad omen :( last time this happened was to Joe Kinnear, Hughton came in for him and turned us over at home!!

We beat ourselves that day putting this team out and expecting them to pass the ball around like Barcelona.

Carson; Hoefkens, Barnett, Meite, Robinson; Koren, Kim (Teixeira HT), Valero (Moore 85), Brunt (Bednar HT); Morrison; Fortuné.

I'm reliably informed that it's nothing life threatening, he's just got a really bad side.

Not lost to the Albion for 26 years and today we lost to a 10 man Albion. What a ******* disgrace and what a ******* embarrassment.

Stick your ******* season ticket up your backside Lerner you blind prick. You appointed Houllier and McAllister and you haven't got the ******* brains to sack them.

They are ruining this club and you are like Nero fiddling while Rome burns.

We really havent turned up today at all.

Awful performance against relegation fodder.

'relegation fodder'?  The arrogance of them.  :-X

That win against West Ham the other week was huge for them, they've got Arsenal and Liverpool to face in their last 3 games + a relegation 6 pointer with Wigan.

Collymore : Villa lose to the Baggies for the first time in 26 years.  Dont worry Villa fans it'll be another 26 years til they beat us again.

Sums up the arrogance of Villa fans completely.

Those quotes sum up the Vile perfectly. Two words to describe them - 'fickle' and 'arrogant'. Well Vile, smelly, insufferable, obnoxious are good words too, but 'fickle' and 'arrogant' are the main ones. Hope they're looking forward to their relegation 6 pointer against Wigan :P.
