A lot of strange and sloppy play from us.

No chance we'll be promoted with this garbage zonal marking. Every cross into our box is a good goalscoring opportunity.

Never understood the benefit of zonal marking, especially when you’re having to defend the second ball.

While I see what you're saying, we are currently still joint top...

I have always disliked zonal marking. You are just allowing attackers to get a run on you which, when it comes to a header, is always a disadvantage

Said it before, we need to bring players in, we cannot just carry on with the squad we have and expect promotion.

2 upfront does not suit this team.

We lose the middle of the park.

HRK off put Diangana on and Perreria number 10 begins Zohore and we will win the game.

We need to win after Brentford’s result.

This 4-4-2 doesn't seem to be working, Phillips is always in the middle, Not offering anything outwide, Perriera seems to do the same.

Hal is just flopping about, And man Semi needs a break out of the team. But we also need to consider we got him for £1.5 million.

Need Diangana to offer some width, 4-5-1 for me second half as once again, Making a bad Charlton team full of youth look top of the table esque.

I do miss Pulis's set piece defending  ;D
Several times we have four defending against one while they load the outer box up . Livermore trying to mark that Sarr a great example

We aren't good enough. We've played some really poor teams in the past month and we look no better than them. Doesn't help that we effectively chuck the ball in our own net whenever we finally look to be on top.

They also have a better goal difference.

442 not working we are all over the place. Semi was having a mare first 15 mins has finally settled. Johnstone trying his best to give goals away.

Its calling out for diangana. As stands we dont look like getting much today. It's been pretty feisty so far I am expecti g a red card today for one of the sides perhaps both

This is poor. Can't see us winning this unless Bilic changes things around. We are creating very little. Aside from goal (which was a blunder by Charlton defender), only one decent cross from left from pereira, and then Pereira himself who should have shot with his right foot.  I'd get HRK off, who has such poor control he falls over to try and keep ball.
Diangana has to come on now, not after 60 mins.

That said, Diangana for HRK and a swich to 4231 would probably help.

Agree with all of this.

No idea why HRK started again. Zohore deserves the spot up top at the minute and we play far better with 3 behind a lone striker

Semi Ajayi has been dreadful, he's made about 5 bad errors including the corner that led to the goal. Davison is only 20 years old and he's wiped the floor with our defence, he looks better than all our strikers.

I'd get Dianagana on for HRK second half. They are there for the taking and we haven't been good enough yet again.

Weird half, not sure what the ref is doing but he's letting the Charlton players hack and needle our players.  Early on Periera crossed the ball (Zohore headed towards goal and keeper made a great save), he got absolutely hacked down way after the cross.  No foul or card given.  Up the other end Ajayi had his arms around a Charlton player, you see it ALL the time, usually just a foul, but no, yellow card.  Pratley I think is going around kicking our players late.

We've not played well, the system isn't working as the full backs can't get forward enough.  Zohore and HRK just don't hold the ball up well enough to let the midfield get forward around them.

Players are losing their discipline, there's a red card coming if they don't get their act together. We are letting an average team rattle us instead of letting our football do the talking. It's about time Phillips did something to earn his shirt he's been off the ball for ages.

Pratley for them winding us up and getting in the faces of Sawyers and others. Ref being weak. As a tactic for the Addicks it’s working. Need to find a way to rise above this, despite the ref

We have fallen for the old trick of letting
then get into our heads by there constant petty fouls on us. We're still going to take all the points COYB

Nothing new to add but as the others said, get HRK off and get Diangana on and lets go back to 4231 and tear them apart.

Ajayis played virtually every game he needs a week or 2 rest after this game.

Our luck's  run out and we look ordinary. Hate to say it but we are a bit Robson-esque in terms of trying to find a formation.
Would take a draw now simply because I don't see how we win it.

Decent at times with some nice triangles, but Charltons high fast press and aggression got us rattled at times.  Cant waot to see Grady back on the left.  Ref having a shocker, a real homer so far
