Final score 4-0 to Palace.

Oh well, both sets of supporters can relax even if we want and expect both our sides to run their 'nads off and put in a winning performance.

With Swansea being safe there a chance they'll be on same beach our lads have been on for a while.

A draw would give us 46 points and a goal diff of about -8 (i'm expecting to lose at Man City), which i think might get us 10th.

Should be a fun game actually. maybe 2-2?
Whenever things look bad, remember the Port Vale, Grimsby and Walsall days... not so bad now, eh?!

personally it doesn't make much difference to me if the team finishes in 8th or 11th place this season so I'd love to see Fields/Harper/Leko on the pitch for this game, Kane Wilson as well.

I want us to win and secure eighth. Pick a team with pace and two up front.

Just watched his post match after the Man City debacle and he says we are desperate to finish with a win.
Well put ya money where ya mouth is Tone and pick a side and formation that actually tries to win the game!
My prediction........0-0 (at best).

He also said we have been giving it our all since we got to 40 points, so I take anything that comes out of his mouth with a pinch of salt.

Please Mr Pulis - give Field and Leko full games. They can't do any worse than the 'regulars' who haven't hit any heights in the past couple of months.

Well they've been in Ibiza all week, so if we can't beat a hungover side then I'd be worried.

In fairness they were all back in training on Wednesday so plenty of time for any hangover to pass.

Would love to see it but if the results go our way we go back to 8th. That means probably a couple of extra millions. Cant see him taking too many chances (it's not in his mantra anyway), but hopefully I'm proved wrong. Last game of the season lets go out and give the fans something to cheer about.

What worries me is this will be the first last away game missed in 20 years and I can't loose any sleep over it. The excitement of dressing up and looking daft in a party atmosphere not with me at the moment , I hope it comes back

Just seen the team

Disappointed to say the least

Would like to have seen Field and Leko rather than a Livermore, Yacob & Fletcher combination.

Wonder if any of the media will question Pulis when he said he was going to give the youngsters a chance.

Leko has played about 10 minutes, granted Field has played here and there, Wilson hasn't been used yet.

Same iOS same old, I'm sure the excuse will be we need the extra 2 million per position.

Pulis' use of the youth players has been a complete joke. He's clearly never going to use them when he's here if they can't even get in the side in nothing games. I realise there's places up for grabs but that's always going to be the case. The fact is Pulis doesn't trust players under 25.

Field has done little wrong when he's played, Leko made a mistake against Palace but otherwise proved himself as a capable winger at the end of last season, Kane Wilson would surely be more beneficial than Marc Wilson.

What's worse is Pulis actively harmed the development of these players preventing them going on loan so he'd have depth, but with no intention of ever using them. If you were in our academy you'd have to wonder what a guy like that is going to do for your career. Certainly anyone like Leko or Field will not benefit.

Three defensive midfielders, or the beacon of creativity that is Fletcher as attacking midfielder?

Super.

Forget the youngsters, we have absolutely no width in that team. 4 central midfielders and zero pace. How McClean and Chadli aren't starting I don't know.

The guy is completely out of touch with modern football, couldn't pick a balanced team if his life depended on it.
