Back in May I bought my season ticket on my Albion Mastercard which was offering a 9 months interest free deal. On  my next statement they managed to charge interest on my outstanding balance - as I pay off everything in full before the due date, the only amount outstanding was my season ticket purchase and after a long and frustrating phone call they duly agreed their error and promised to reverse the charge.
Except they didn't - so the following month another interest charge appeared, followed by another phone call and another promise of correction.....which never happened.
After 3 months they did finally reverse the charges....but apparently failed to flag the original purchase as interest free so yet another charge appeared (which they've promised to reverse).
It was easy for me to spot the original error but I would urge any of you who took advantage of the same offer, but don't pay off your balance in full, to contact the card issuer (Creation) and ask them to prove that their interest calculation excludes the season ticket cost. I can't believe I'm the only one this has happened to.
