mate who is a canary STH reckons Dorrans is ok (grudgingly) but gets played wide left. Keeps saying he doesn't look like a winger !!

if they get promoted, he doubts they will keep him !

Thats because he is not a winger he is an attacking midfielder

poor lad cant catch a break, goes somewhere where if played in the right position will tear apart that division and instead gets played wide left where he is useless.

Problem for him going there is that Hoolahan is a better player in his position.

Could say its similar to when George Thorne went to Derby on loan last year. They were on a great run so he had to bide his time and take the chance when it came his way.

8 points currently separate the top eight teams... :o

Five of them set to fail after plugging away all season long...horrible, cruel division to get out of and one of THE main reasons I wouldn't want us to go back down there...depite the "excitement" it brings at this time of year!

I we were down there then those 8 would be fighting for 2 places about 20 points behind us.

George Thorne went off injured tonight, 29 minutes in - I wonder if his career is over already?
It's a shame...I know he left and said some bad words but he seems an alright lad and just wanted to play football, must be gutting to get so many injuries. Still, we did well to get the money we did in hindsight, we played Jeremy!

Nah sod him, and the arrogant Derby fans, hope Derby and Wolves suffer a miserable end to the season.

i want brentford and bournemouth to come up, the 2 clubs with least resources, I suspect next season could be a long hard slog.

Bournemouth are absolutely excellent to watch.

Everything I would like Albion to be really. A young, vibrant side who are good with the ball, create plenty of chances and score goals. Brentford are in exactly the same category - quite hard to believe that Mark Warburton will be off in the summer given everything he has achieved there on and off the pitch.

Unless Malkey has done something to blot his copybook again it seems bizarre timing....no chance for anyone new to save them. The new Chairman has basically decided his grand father made a mistake 128 days ago.

The FA as usual have taken a hell of a time to rule on the racism text front....maybe they are now getting rid before any publicity storms hit on that front.

Bournemouth do have some money behind them these days though....they made multiple bids for Gray from the Blues in the Jan window. They will probably be in a better position to strengthen than Burnley were.

Either that or they have given up.

Give a new man a couple of games to assess the squad and give it a go next year.

Quite remarkable is their fall from grace. I know they're not a club with an enormous fanbase but to win the FA cup and then two years later be in the third division of English football is some fall.

yes, but less resources than Norwich, Boro, Derby I would think
maybe on a par with Watford, but don't the hornets have italian money behind them? ipswich ??

then there are the tatters who may have some copper to weigh in of course.
