Personally if there a decent offer made I would take the money. Could really
Help us with a mini re-build and give the new owners a bit more leeway

The Deportivo Alaves Home Kit looks like a reasonable Puma stripe pattern that might suit us. At least its nothing fancy.

Swap the colours around and you may not be far off based on the info we have been given today

I know he’s a young kid but surely Griffiths needs to start the next one

I’d love a forward thinking appointment like Carrick but the reality is we are in a relegation fight. Also it sounds stupid to say considering we have just sacked an ‘experienced’ manager but I feel that we need an experienced manager, difference i we need one who knows what he’s doing and isn’t completely outdated. I’d also like to see someone who has a plan and plays decent football. Not really much out there to be honest that fits my criteria who is free! Maybe Farke? lets be honest being free will be the major factor in the appointment

Be careful what you wish for! How many people over the last couple of years did I see on this board say to drop SJ for Button etc. He is awful, should never have got the new contract. Palmer HAS TO start the next game

Basically sending Mowatt to them only on loan is what did it…..

Must now be amongst the very worst centre backs in the Championship ! If he starts against Norwich then words fail me .

I don’t disagree an have had a huge dislike since the day we signed him bar a decent 3/4 months in the Prem, my question would be, who plays instead of him? We’ve got nobody else which is criminal

Presume we pull the deal if we don’t get a replacement in?

I’m afraid that boat has already sailed to Middlesbrough for about £2.5m, unfortunately  8)

Very aware, was a tongue in cheek comment, I fully believe we should have been all over signing him for 2.5M

Suppose we can always look at bringing Matt Clarke back, was great on loan last season  :-\

I had a season ticket before I had kids and my wife said I had better things to do on a Saturday afternoon.   ;D the lads put together for this game are pretty much the players I watched for those years in the east stand with my dad. Really looking forward to it.

This sounds like you’ve taken a snip from my life!

We don’t know all the ins and outs, maybe Mowatt asked to go? Maybe he and Bruce had a falling out? May not just be a simple “the clubs made a boo boo”

Tbf I have huge respect for Brentford for recycling their Home kit this season, would love to go back to the time where you would alternate new home and away kits, Shane everything is about £££

The Wallace missed cross you mention. There were no options to pass too. He panicked, and sort of crossed and….and nobody was there. His reaction was interesting. He looked frustrated, disappointed, then trotted back with a smile. He knew he chose the wrong option. It happens. At least he didn’t have a peepy fit.

We must be talking about different occasions, Grant was unmarked on the penalty spot

Really don’t want to sound like I’m getting on players backs or accused of having an ‘agenda’ but 3 awful performances from the three you would have expected from the line-up in Furlong (desperate for an upgrade), Livermore (who’s passing seemed even worse than usual) & Philips. I don’t think Grant was as bad as people are saying although there were numerous times where we needed to play a ball into the box and he had drifted deep or out wide. Swift, Wallace and Dike very good and I’m excited to see Okay in the mix as well. Overall would have taken a point but feel like we had the chances to win it in the end, both Wallace and Dike should have squared the ball for tap ins when both went for goal instead.

Yeah it’s ok and a million times better than last season. Just a bit of a standard kit to me. I don’t mind the blurred lines as there’s only so much you can do with stripes. That said I long for the Umbro days when we had our own kits

Tough Start, hopefully be able to hold our own, get some decent points on the board and build the confidence up. If it goes the other way I can easily see another mid-table finish
