I wonder what his honest assessment of his time here would be. He’s clearly got ability but it just has not worked for him at all

The English game is too quick for him i fear.

I may be putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5 from his post this morning but it sounds like he knows it's not worked out and something is in the pipeline where all parties can be happy.

Has offered us nothing, defensively or offensively, other than a few flashes in games against weaker opposition on paper.

Spends more time on the floor than anything else - I think we could all see that performance against a physical Derby team, led by Ebou Adams, coming.

No ill will against him, but if we can use his wages on improvements in the middle of the park, it's goodbye from me.

Racic has just posted on Instagram and it's a little cryptic.

"A lot goes wrong before everything can go right" with the hands together 'i'm praying ' emoji and also the 'sands of time' draining down emoji.

If he's counting down to the Jan window to move on then it makes me happy.

Would be better for everyone if the clubs could reach a mutual agreement for him to be sent back.

Maybe he's hoping to get a last minute panto role as Aladdin, explains the sands of time.

I hope we we bring a lad in who is much better than him.

Sabovich is available on a free in about 36 hours and from my 1 game scouting of him he's better than Racic!

Are we allowed to purchace another non GBE player after we have already had 4?

I understand Racic goes back in this scenario, however he may still count towards the total.

Good point, i assumed if we got rid of Racic we would have a spot.

Because Heggem is an international now does that his 'score' up or something?

Depends on the ranking of the nation and the percentage of games played etc. Also, I don't think your ranking would be recalculate mid season.

It's all very confusing. If we have these 4 precious spots, we need to use them a bit better next time around. Heggem is a massive success, but the rest less so

Diakite I think wil be fine after a run of games. Frabotta also needs a chance or shipping out if we are not going to give him one. Silly to hold players we don't rate, let's move them on

I am pretty sure that under the rules if Racic isn't our player we would have another spot for a non qualified recruit. Any player that is non qualified that joins us in the Championship will qualify for a work permit under points based scheme providing they get about 40% of the available minutes. Heggem will obviously qualify at the end of the season and to give an indication of what 40% looks like the answer is Racic who although not being regular is on track to get 40% of the available minutes.

It is very important that the club manages the 4 non qualifying players that it can have in the squad because it opens up whole leagues we would not be able to recruit from otherwise.

He does a highlight video of himself after every game, as he didn't play this seems to have taken it's place.

Would this be a compilation of little pirouettes and the occasional tackle with a nice pass thrown in here and there? Can't imagine it'll feature examples of opposition midfielders ghosting past him. What irritates me (who am I trying to kid? Nearly everything irritates me  :D ) is that he's got all the attributes and technical ability to be a hit with us but he just doesn't look particularly interested in what's going on around him half the time. Such a waste. And such a pity.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.
Oh, and always remember to defecate on those Vile chaps in claret and spew.

It's proper cringe to be fair 😂

Most of it is him doing 5-10 yard passes with the occasional decent long pass thrown in.

He's just far too half soaked for me.

Turning circle of an oil tanker, soft as ****t, looks like a world beater with 5 yards of space but it doesn’t translate to much. Never going to dominate a midfield until the day he retires.

See Ollie Burke for a similar career - enough to impress in a highlight reel and for clubs across Europe to think “he could be top class, if only he/we can…”.

Had such high hopes when he came but his record speaks volumes. 7 clubs, 5 countries, 4 loans, 1 flatter-to-deceive merchant. I’m sure he’ll get to see plenty more of Europe before his career is over.

He's only missing a Partridge in a pear tree.

It will be taking the uros if he is still with us on deadline day.

I take it he doesn’t post many videos then..

You have to wait a full transfer window after a player has signed before upgrading a player in that manner. As Stan says, that means Heggem would qualify in the summer as the January window has to pass first.

I believe if Racic went back then we could utilise his spot on another player

Bernt Haas only posted the one........ didn't watch it personally but I don't think the ending was entirely happy for him.

He's just done another one saying "all the best" with a 'hand waving' emoji but also a 'chin scratch' emoji, he's such a tease.

Wasn't that polish mf Krovovac or whatever his name was who we paid £100k a week on loan from PSG under Pulis, also fond of cryptic messages on social media.

What is with very average mfs and their egos, nobody knows who you are and even less care. If you concentrated on your game as much as you do on your social media someone might care.

Racic was doing signed shirt giveaways on it the other day 😂

All you have to do is follow him on Instagram, like the post and tag 3 Albion fans to be entered into the free draw 😂

I bet the winners insisted his name wasn't on the shirts though.

I forgot mf meant midfielder whilst reading this. Very similar comparisons in their play and attitude (obviously Polish Greg was levels above) but both seem uninterested in the gritty stuff and the fight and just seeing it as an extended holiday and collecting their money
O Albion we love you
