They've now confirmed the prices are the same for their fans but still nothing from our end. I'm planning on going to this one.

I order all mine online and never had a problem, but I do it through my laptop not a phone app. Looking forward to this one, particularly if we sell out.

Is the Fullbrook still open? I drove past it the weekend and it had a load of Circus posters up the windows so presume it has shut?

Edited to add found a link on the 'news' page so now sitting in a 10 minute long queue to get in
And the payment page has a broken link!!!!

Usual ******* shambles second on line failure so going to have to head down to the ticket office next!

Again, just got mine no problem at all, I just chose the 'pick me the best seats' option and assigned owners to both tickets, paid and done, took about ten mins in the queue beforehand, decent seats in block H10 behind the goal too but im sure Walsall (pre covid) was just sit anywhere policy anyway.

You're not alone Frank ..... all the fun in the world according to the Twitter responses on the club's timeline. I'm not sure whether to bother with away tickets for the season ahead while the club appears happy selling them via a platform which seems unfit for purpose.

Just been through the same and I am not sure if I have got tickets or not.... got to payment page, paid, acknowledged by my bank but then got an error message on the site.

What a rubbish system.

I finally managed to get my tickets sorted in the end.

I had the option of collecting my tickets from either the Albion or Walsall for Â£1.75 - absolutely disgraceful.

Having to pay to collect the tickets. Daylight robbery.

My mates have had the option for posting but I never had that option.

That option was the first one where you had to confirm an address, that was Â£1.75 too!

I never had anything about confirming an address.

I just selected my tickets, assigned them, chose my collection point and paid.

My account has my address details as its on my account page and on the receipt they provided.

I wouldn't mind paying the Â£1.75 if they were being posted to me

Same for me Liam, eventually got mine sorted after help from Liz at the ticket office. I too am paying myself Â£1.75 for the honour of collecting my tickets from the office....

Yep ended up going down the ground to purchase me ticket and got charged an extra Â£1.75 for the privilege. Perhaps I should invoice 'em for me milage and petrol?

With the cost of public transport on top of the 'doing the job people are sat there and paid to do fee' I'd have been looking at anywhere between Â£5 and Â£8.65 for the pleasure of picking up a ticket for a pre season friendly before the price of the pre season friendly ticket was accounted for.

Add afternoon and evening refreshments and I'm very much out. Never mind, the weather forecast isn't great anyway. All of the very best and COYB.

My first ever visit to the Bescot/Banks stadium for the only try Black Country Derby and need to ask if there is any one with advice on parking and a pre match snifter before the game?
My last trip into the old Fellows Park was to see UB40!

Not much decent by the Bescot due to the area when me and my dad went to the England U17's game there we went to The Horse and Jockey in Wednesbury by Brunswick Park opposite what was the Cottage Inn down the road from The schools. The Bus 11 stops near to it, One that does food in Pleck is by the Manor Hospital the Bradford Arms. Apart from that Wednesbury might be best option to drink in as due to the area all of the pubs have either closed or are dumps. My dad said he wouldn't drink around there

Raining heavily on the M6 near Stafford. Can't imagine the game will be in peril... glad I've brought a jacket though

Safe journey home mate. Never mind, the good news is that it's almost stopped raining by us. Just as well as the road drains had backed up flooding the road and pavement up to the front gate.

Fans who paid using a debit or credit card will receive an automatic refund which will be processed during the week commencing Monday, August 2.

Supporters who paid in cash will receive an e-credit on their ticketing account which can be redeemed against future purchases.
