Marc Antoine Fortune has been released by Wigan.

Think I said Jensen was released as well a while ago who's still on the list.

I'd rather have fortune now over Anichebe any day of the week.

You got a link for this?  Can't find news on it anywhere.
Steve Bull is a merchant who specialises in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. He wears the headgear one would associate with this trade. He spent years in the first team of a Staffordshire-based club. And he is not a very nice man.

Cheers; I wonder what's next for him now.  His CV is possibly the most bizarre mixture of triumph and failure in all of football.

The Champions League win got him the Schalke job although everyone knows it was Lampard, Drogba and Terry that ran the team.

RDM will not get another big gig now IMO. Perhaps Championship level.

On paper, his CV is still strong, relative success with MK Dons then us, then winning the Champions League with Chelsea. Only at Shalke has he looked massively out of his depth.
Of course in reality, he's been fortunate with his jobs, taking over teams who are already on the rise and getting lucky with winning the Champions League. I agree that his next job may be in the Championship.

Can we avoid filling this thread with stuff like players getting relegated etc. Only here so people know where players are not when they score, get booked, get sent off, get relegated etc etc. Topics in General Sports on individual leagues for that stuff.

Diego Lugano has finished his ten match stint in Scandinavia and is now being linked with Panathanaikos.

It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.
Oh, and always remember to defecate on those Vile chaps in claret and spew.

I miss the I blame Carson for the rain quips here, Imagine if had done a foster against villa he would of been hung drawn and quartered within the hour.

Difference is, Foster has had years of solid performances, Carson was generally a bad keeper who always had a mistake in him.

yeah I'm not disputing that much better keeper but you can put foster in that bracket of prone to a mistake both can drop clangers but foster quality shot stopper who wins us points.

I really felt sorry for the treatment that Scott Carson received by some of our supporters.  I am not a SC lover by any means, but it was disgraceful at times.

Keepers make mistakes, just like all players do.  When you are a keeper they are magnified considerably.

OK he was no Peter Schmeicel........but we are no Man United!!

Heyyyyyyy, Tim Sherwood, Oooh, Aahh, I wanna knowwww..........Why you're such a.............

Mulumbu is off to Norwich. If he rediscovers him form from 2 seasons ago he'll be a cracking signing.
Ohhhhh Albion we love you!

Him and Dorrans in the centre of midfield under RDM was a joy to watch

Im still gutted about Mulumbu leaving

However he did look like he needed a change in scenery.

The move to Norwich will do him good

I love Mulumbu and would have liked him to stay ahead of the likes of Gardner but it's entirely possible Norwich could start the season with our Central Midfield of 7 years ago. Good luck with that.
