As if further evidence were needed, if this comes to fruition then the world has truly gone mad.
Arsenal will have to sit deeper than the Titanic.
If he was slow with us, and he was, imagine what he would be like now.
My god!
 :o.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.
Oh, and always remember to defecate on those Vile chaps in claret and spew.

That's only around £20,000 per week and probably what he was getting here I would have thought

I see Marcus Rosenberg has scored 20 in 36 games since going back to Malmo, and got 2 against Olyimpiakos in the Champions League last week

I forgot to add Alan Merrick to my previous post. Earlier this year I saw a reference to him being head coach at the University of Minnesota. It may be a long time ago but even after 40 years I have never seen a harder player than Merrick. I remember him terrorising a supposedly hard Leeds team of the early 70s. He seemed to think it was obligatory to take off five yards from the tackle.

He also played for San Jose Earthquakes, albeit briefly.   8)

I liked Ish Miller I recon he would have stayed faithful to the club if he hadn't picked up injury at Newcastle if my memory serves me correctly. he would have been a top class had he have not picked up that knock. Was talking to a mate of mine who's a Donny Rovers fan and they were about to sign Miller but fell apart. I wonder where he is? Good lad- couldn't find form with Tony Mowbray at Boro

Ish was just getting used to the Premier League when he was crocked in a 50 50 with David James in the home game against Pompey. Was frightening the life out of top defenders. Never the same after the injury. Always look out for him. Will always get goals at Championship level.

As I understand it, we did the decent thing when he was crocked and gave him a long contract, basically setting him up for life.

Not sure where the 'big heart' comes from to be honest, always seemed very reluctant to attend any club events etc.

Would have left us a like a shot given the chance, not a loyal player at all, ask his mom.

A championship player at best, too injury prone, and always clumsy.

Had some half decent displays, but few and far between really.

Just go's to show how people's opinions can be on opposite ends of a pole has i would agree with one or two other posters that Ish was looking like he could make it in the prem

He might have shown flashes, however tie has told, he didn't lake it did he, I know some will say injuries have held him back, however, history has shown lots and lots of players have suffered lots of injuries, a lot worse than Ish but still played at the highest level.

Wasn't to be though for Ish, just not quite got it I'm afraid.
