Wolves fans have whined all summer and yet when the dust settles, some estimates have them spending around £120m plus in fees.

Used to see him in Sutton Coldfield a lot - could see him going to Villa based on that.

Always thought we got rid off too early. Not great in his build-up play, but solid defender and good for a few headed goals.

It wasn't a case of Albion getting rid of him. It was a case of him suffering being with us while sulking his way through the season following relegation. He only bothered a tap in the run up to the playoffs, presumably because he could see a nice fat promotion bonus at the end of it.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.

Yep, fair point Dan. I'd forgotten about his season long sulk.

Wolves have signed Kalajdzic for initially £15 million from Vfb Stuttgart. That has to be steal of the summer for a goal scoring No.9 and still only 25 yrs. Bayern Munich were looking seriously at him as a replacement for Lewandowski.

They have also just signed 19 year old Edouard Michut on loan from PSG. Said a week or so ago that top European clubs would be open to sending their youngsters here on loan knowing the premium they could make if things went well. Sunderland potentially doing some very good business here.

[Edit] - They have also signed French under 19 international Abdoullah Ba on a permanent deal.

Diallo did ok at rangers but he wasn’t outstanding. Very young though and no doubt be better for that experience

Steve Cooper on SSN says forest are still working on deals and expect to bring more in. They've signed 18 players already!

Since you have to name a 25 man squad in the premier league, that's almost all of Forests squad from last year either moving on or not able to play league games.
