That would be beautiful. Purely to see this place implode.

For all those coming to the game by car. I would allow at least another half hour.

The A38 Aston Expressway is closed at weekends so there's no exit (Northbound or Southbound) from the M6. Southbound traffic is using the A34 Walsall Road into Birmingham, so traffic around Junction 7 is horrific.
Add to that the roadworks between 1 & 2 on the M5, & I think Saturday could be a travelling nightmare.
If it was easy, it wouldn't be Albion

The stadiums looking great and ready to go. Some new things i noted

The two large pitchside screens have been replaced with the two largest screens in the country. They are curved and look fantastic.

The concourses are no longer dull. They have been decorated with images of players past and present and quotes from playes such as Robson,Brunt,Regis.

There are more TVS in the concourses.

Steps have been repainted White to give the stands a fresher cleaner look

The new concourse in the SME/West Stand corner for disabled supporters is great. Its formerly a dark corridor with a first aid room and police cells.

Matchday staff have now got a beer trolley to push around in the concourse in order to help eliminate long lines at the bars (I only saw this in the East stand)

Theve sold 2400 out of 2600 aswell so be more or less a sell out in the away end. It says they had a 2600 initial allocation. How many more tickets can we give them? I thought 2600 was it

I have always thought they needed to redo those screens, happy to gear it and look forward to seeing them.

Can't wait for matchday now. This will be a very tough game though, Bournemouth are a really good side and have some talented players, Defoe will be a massive threat.

It's true though isn't it. They've spent £30million so far this season and around £40 million last season. Bet Defoe is on big wages too. All we can do is try and compete as best as we can.

Having seen the pre match press conference I only recall hearing the news regarding GMac and Morrison.

Brunt and Chadli were carrying knocks ahead of our last friendly and so they were rested then so as to be available for tomorrow.

I could be wrong but it looks to me as though Mr Wilson's basing his assumption re' Brunt and Chadli on that, rather than anything which has come from the club itself.

Even with the freebies that were given out that figure of 25,500 is bloody good considering the fans statements on here and facebook.

FML, NBC Sports here in the US got greedy and wants to charge extra for allowing access to watch certain games now. I'm SOL on watching this without a stream tomorrow  >:(

Bournemouth have sold 2500 out of their 2600 allocation so nearly a sell out. Says on their website. Just over 1000 tickets left in the home ends.reckon a crowd of 25,500 tomorrow which is our highest home crowd for an opening day for years
