I’ve had a call from the ticket office today saying I can’t have the seat I booked. Apparently today Norwich reclaimed the block so I had to move. Nightmare for the TO but it might be with checking with them if you are near the halfway line

Not the game Bruce needed after the start we have had and the loss to Blues.

Adapting our cross-heavy offensive tactics and tweaking the off the ball setup so that we can actually defend a transition are important.

Personnel wise, at some point Palmer needs a chance, I'd find an option that isn't Bartley be it Pieters or Furlong at centre back and I'd be starting Thomas-Asante up top in place of Grant.

We are going to get pumped and it should be the end of Bruce. We missed out when mowbray was available and we had a break clause summer
O Albion we love you

We are a Dr Jekyll Mr Hyde under Bruce so I expect a performance against Norwich and they won’t sit in which will actually work in our favour. Score draw and we will limp on with Coach.

I've gone 5-1 on Super Six and the end of Mr Bruce swiftly after.

Going to be playing a makeshift defence in front of a terrible 'keeper against probably the best team in the league. Should be fun.

Haha, we'll probably sneak a 1-0 via a deflection, penalty or some other slice of good fortune. That will paper over the cracks for another couple of weeks and the hierarchy will think the pressure is off!
Currently we are not good enough from top to bottom, and we are where we deserve to be. Some @rses need to be kicked into gear rapidly!

As bad as it is, I don't share the sentiment we will get battered like a few people do and I wouldn't be surprised to see us win.

Whatever happens i'd still want to see him gone after this gone with a small break ahead to get someone in and at least have a few sessions with the players.

I don't think it will be a battering but I expect a 2-1 / 3-1 score line. Pukki/Sargent could have a field day if we play like last night.

This is the Baggies, how many times over the years have we written them off, only for them to pleasantly surprise us against the odds.

A bold 1-2 prediction from this slightly unhinged, hopeful and optimistic Baggies fan 😂

Before anyone shoots me down I know it won't happen but this is the team I would be looking to pick.

Palmer.

O'Shea, Yokuslu, Pieters.

Wallace, Molumby, Livermore, Diangana.

             Swift.

Asante, Grant.

Bench: Button, TGH, Ashworth, Furlong, Phillips, Andrews, Cleary.

No place for Townsend or Bartley. As for Norwich they carry a threat in midfield and attack but anyone who's seen their highlights versus Bristol City knows they can very definitely be got at.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.

I think it’s time to see what a few others can do
And I’ve even included Livermore who I couldn’t wait to bin off but I think we need to firm up the middle of the park and okay needs a rest he was very poor the other night

                                             Palmer

Furlong.                  O shea.                    Pieters.               Ashworth

                          TGH.           Livermore.           Swift

Wallace.                                                                           Diangana

                                            Asante

I really want Bruce to go so I'd be going with:

                                                  Bartley

              Bartley                      Bartley                 Bartley                   Bartley

                                                 Bartley                 Bartley

                      Bartley                       Bartley                          Bartley

                                                        Bartley

 Subs Bartley X 7.

        Seriously  3-2-3-2 / 3-5-2

                                                    Button

                         O'Shea                     Livermore                 Pieters

                                              TGH             Yokuslu

               Wallace                            Swift                           Diangana

                                            Asante Thomas             Grant

I've got Livermore in defence as I've seen him play there and be decent and he was decent playing there for Hull (albeit in a back 4).

Your formatting never ceases to hurt my eyes when I view your lineups by phone, it's as consistently poor as Bartley's defending, which by unhappy coincidence never ceases to hurt my eyes in real time either  ;D .

From what I've seen of him if Grant Hanley misses out Norwich probably wouldn't  ;D .

Firstly on the match itself I predict a 2-0 loss.  Our loss of form at the back is in turn having a knock on impact on the competence of the midfield and too much is now being expected of BTA alongside Grant who is underperforming.

Norwich is these days my part of the world so enjoy.  For those arriving early there are plenty of places to eat and drink.  The old Compleat Angler, which used to be the away pub is now I believe closed to away supporters, but the riverside complex which is five minutes walk to the ground has quite a large Wetherspoons (Queen of Iceni) and further afield there are good pubs in the city centre (try the Murderers).  There is a top real ale pub called The Fat Cat (though this is 20 mins walk to the ground and the Fat Cat and Canary (which is closer).  Reasonable parking in  Norwich, but also consider the park and ride options on the outskirts.

For those stopping longer the coast is very fine indeed.  Though it is a little colder now.  PM me if you want suggestions.
