Can't get my head around it personally, it's certainly not supporting the team.

Christ, the LMA are buffoons, they have contrived to bring even more attention to McKays case, will they never learn that discretion is an option. Its quite incredible but just shows what a bunch of morons we have running football, its a bl@@dy circus!
The people who have somehow managed to come out of this looking worst are the LMA, appalling statement.Agreed.
... his work rate, silky touches and charisma will ensure he will eventually be very popular amongst our support.I'm not totally convinced on him but really do hope this will be true. More importantly, if Samaras does pull on that Baggies shirt then in line with NEBaggies earlier comments, he will get my full support - COYB!
I don't see it as a do or die season. He just needs to knuckle down, work hard, keep developing as a footballer and stay out of the headlines for the wrong reasons.I'd agree with that but I am hoping for a solid season from him with headlines for the right reasons, hopefully a bit of maturity and competition for places will bring the best out of him.
Still young but I think we'll see him nail down a regular first team place if he gets his attitude right.
Seems a good appointment to me being chief scout at quite a few decent clubs and the FA.I remember him as a fresh faced youngster!
I can actually remember him playing aswell just about.
The other possibility is that Mel has decided that he cannot work under the rigid system of JP....
Not sure that the journos might be correct. The headline to question his future against the backdrop of improvements and fan adoption he has achieved certainly grabs more attention.
....
However given that all the local journalists are absolutely sticking to their story that there is a real question mark over Mel's future regardless of the season's outcome then I have to assume that the club is a very least considering that course of action.
...
Perhaps it wont be a case of JP sacking Pepe rather with all thats gone on he will say thanks but no thanks and walk away and by keeping us up with a reputation at least partially restored from any damage it may have received over his Betis sacking. Should this happen i really do fear what will go on this summer as it will need a massive overhaul on the playing side but with nobody in charge for the early weeks so will more likely end up being a replay of this summers fiascoI suspect this may be closer to the truth than other speculation.
can anyone remember being 3-0 up against West Ham.3-0 up ring any bellsWell I sure remember us being 3-0 down at Upton Parl a few seasons ago (erm 2003!) and winning 4-3 ... bostin'!
