Great game. I was as nervous as those Blackpool fans in that last five minutes. Very good game of football and I think over the two legs; Blackpool deserve their place in the play off final. Holloway is again working miracles on a limited budget. Would be fantastic to see them beat West Ham.

Anyone else watching the game today? Very even at the moment but feel Blackpool are edging.

Watching it on Sky, Don Goodman is driving me up the wall. Should have had the "luck" drinking game, would have been inebriated by half time if we had a drink every time he said it!

Shame that West Ham look like winning though.

West Ham derserve it to be honest, play offs should be scrapped because its unfair on the third team. I mean look at Wrexham in the conference 98 points and still didn't go up.

I really didnt want them to get promoted but they were always going to do i with their superior squad. A very lucky  club.

Reading, Southampton and West Ham. Im not sure what to think of those 3 coming up. Looks a good group which isnt good news for clubs like ourselves.

Gutted the spammers at up horrible football club, horrible owners, horrible fans and now we have to sit through another season of London media love in no matter how rubbish they play. The only positive I think is for big sam had a tough break at Blackburn and is managing in a league he should be in.

Agree with that!

Nice symmetry to West Ham up and Blackburn down though  :-\
I hope to again assemble a team that plays positive football, providing the fans with great memories of winning football games - Tony Mowbray

Very entertaining final and Blackpool will rue their missed chances, especially the Matt Phillips chance in the first half. I thought West Ham bossed much of the first half but credit to Blackpool, they responded very well in the second and had Stephen Dobbie had his shooting boots on they could of potentially booked a place in the Premier League. Got to give credit to Ian Holloway. To have his squad dismantled through relegation he still gets them to a play off final. Remarkable.

This is the reason why we should go nowhere near Holloway what was he  thinking on top dominating then low and behold he takes SKP off the player who's linking all their attacking play together(i don't buy into his legs have gone rubbish) and puts on a midfielder and shoves Dobbie up front allowing West Ham back in to win shocking.

A shame Blackpool didn't do it, they came so close and had the chances to do it as well.  I doubt they'll be back again to be honest.

Wow, 18 of the 24 teams in the Championship next season have played in the Premier League.

It looks as if Premier League two is forming itself.

Is that counting Sheffield United or not? Because their play-off against Huddersfield is on Saturday.

There will also be 4 in League 1 (not counting the Blades) and 2 in League 2 (counting AFC Wimbledon) - one for the stats fans.

Can't remember to be honest, I just skimmed the list on Oddschecker. It may well be 19 after the play off final.

Seeing as MK Dons are the legal continuation of Wimbledon I think it is safer to class them as a once Premier League side rather than AFC.

Championship league looks very difficult to get out of next season.

Some big teams in that league were literally anyone could win the league.

Can YOU name the 27 teams who have played in the second tier since the creation of the Premiership (1992/1993 season) but have never played in the Premier League itself?

http://www.sporcle.com/games/adamravenscroft/almost-premier-league

I got 18.
