Lower Championship defence that is.   I hope we have Odemwingie and Vela up against those in a couple of weeks.

Vela and Odemwinge would destroy that defence.

Its not all doom and gloom on The Wolf. I've managed at last to find a Wolves fan with a sense of humour!!!! :D :D

WOLVERHAMPTON HURRICANE APPEAL

A major hurricane (Hurricane Shazza) and earthquake measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale hit Wolverhampton in the early hours of Friday with its epicentre in Bilston. Victims were seen wandering around aimlessly. The hurricane decimated the area causing approximately £25 worth of damage. Several priceless collections of mementos from Majorca and the Costa Del Sol were damaged beyond repair. Three areas of historic burnt-out cars were disturbed. Many locals were woken well before their Giros arrived.
105.7 The Wolf FM reported that hundreds of residents were confused and bewildered and were still trying to come to terms with the fact that something interesting had happened in Heath Town .

One resident,Tracy Sharon Smith, a 15-year-old mother of five said "It was such a shock, my little Chardonnay-Mercedes came running into my bedroom crying. My youngest two, Tyler-Morgan and Victoria-Storm slept through it all.
I was still shaking when I was skinning up and watching Trisha the next morning. unsurprisingly looting, mugging and car crime were unaffected and carried on as normal. British Red Cross has so far managed to ship 4,000 crates of Sunny Delight to the area to help the stricken locals. Rescue workers are still searching through the rubble and have found large quantities of personal belongings, including benefit books, jewellery from Elizabeth Duke at Argos and Bone China
from Poundland.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

This appeal is to raise money for food and clothing parcels for those unfortunate enough to be caught up in this disaster. Clothing is most sought after- items most needed include Fila or Burberry base ball caps, Kappa tracksuit tops (his and hers), Shell suits (female) white sports socks, Rockport boots or any other items usually sold in Primark. Food parcels are needed too. Required food-stuffs include micro-wave meals, tins of baked beans, ice-cream, cans of Colt 45 or Special-Brew and 22p buys a biro for filling in compensation forms. £2 buys chips, crisps and blue fizzy drinks for a family of 9. £5 buys fags and a lighter to calm the nerves of those affected.

BREAKING NEWS

Rescue workers found a girl in the rubble smothered in raspberry Alco-pop, Where are you bleeding from" they asked. "Willenhall" said the girl "wots that gorra do wiv yow"?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION WITH THIS APPEAL.
Proud To Be A Baggie.

I think today has just about killed them off.

Sure McCarthy will play it cool and try to push on but time is really running out. Today was a must win and they blew it.

They look dire and I think they will go down but they do have winnable fixtures left. They will still back themselves to get out of it, but I just dont think they have the quality.

I really hope they go down but the fixture list has been very kind to them.

Stoke, Blues, Albion, Sunderland and Blackburn are fixtures they can take points from.

If they dont stay up with those fixtures they only have themselves to blame.

Wolves have had three winable games only taken one point from them, I know they still have winable games left but it will be very hard for Wolves to stay up now.

I can't see them going down really. At the current rate they might only need one win and a couple of draws from the last 5, and they're all against teams with nothing to play for really (aside from perhaps Blackburn on the last day).

They've lost a bit of form recently, but so have the teams around them. They haven't lost ground at all, and anything against Stoke will take them out the relegation zone.

They play Stoke mid-week and a point takes them out of the relegation zone. Any other side who has been playing like them I would say are dead and buried but they have a good chance of getting points from every single remaining fixture, so you can't count them out yet (although my personal opinion is that they will go!)

Very big game on Tuesday against Stoke. Has the added spice of being a Staffordshire derby too.

Do we want them to go down? I think I do but there is a little part of me that wouldn't mind them staying up - just to see the West Midlands keep it's "quarter of the league" profile.

I think it is going to take a miracle for both Blues and Wolves to stay up though. Not many teams who can go down now really. Blues, Wolves, West Ham, Blackpool, Wigan and Blackburn.

Losing 1-0, playing like a proper championship side as well. They've made the mistake of trying to out Stoke Stoke.

I don't see why they've reverted to this style, they were dangerous playing football earlier in the season.

Wolves are being battered tonight but are so lucky at the minute.

Edit - scratch that 2-0 Stoke.   ;D

They are all over the place.
