Definitely not the wrong appointment in my view but some are very fickle and feel we should win every game. If only that was so!

I was happy with Mowbray putting in 5 changes for this fixture as I didn't think we could get anything out of it but could take 3 points from Hull.

So it's a bonus to get a point off Burnley, to give some of the "fringe" players time to prove or disprove themselves AND to see Parker get a red card.

I guess Burnley thought we would retreat into a low block like other visitors.  Well done Tony.

I'm actually becoming quite impressed with us, we look to have a game plan and early signs of significant improvement.
If we can make the playoffs, I think we could be in with a real chance. Definite improvement the last 3 games.

Hull on Saturday will be difficult.

Selles is a good manager, but hopefully the sendings off they had on Saturday and last night will weaken them and the extra day of rest will help us.

All our home games are must wins now given our win record away from home.

We seem to be entering our usual splutter and stutter phase at the end of the season whilst other teams storm through.
If hopefully we maintain our play -off position I think with Mowbray we will win it.
( I am more confident in us winning then under Corberan , but I am less confident in us actually making the play offs under Mowbray.)
 If that makes any sense?

To be fair, asides from the start of the season it’s felt like a splutter throughout. We’ve never really got going on any sort of decent run. The draw run was very strange. Was hoping we’d find some form over the last 5 or 6 but that didn’t really happen either.

All be it minus our international contingent and those recovering from injuries, knocks and niggles a consecutive run of days on the training pitch should do us the world of good. Here's hoping. Go tickle their tummies and powder their lovely soft feet Mogga. COYB  8) .
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.

Same for our opposition too  though ! (except the Mogga pedicure of course)

Perhaps you have hit on the "x" factor !!!    The oft overlooked pedicure being the difference between success and failure (fine margins / incremental change etc, etc)

I see a line of feet,Fabrotta sat crying as they deliberately do not offer him the pumice stone.

Since Mowbray has come in and the last few games I have seen, QPR and Hull I didn't I have really enjoyed the games, the football we play is good in the attacking third, if this what Mowbray played when he was first here, I wish I was born slightly eairler to remember it. But the games have been enjoyable, I liked Carlos but at times we were boring, I don't think I have gotten a Bored induced Headache from watching this side so far.

Mowbray just not getting the best out of the players available, big changes needed for the next few games.

Very poor today. Some of his choices as baffling as the previous manager.

Players reverted to type under Mowbray same as under Bruce, back to sideways full back to fullback football.

Dreadful.

Not impressed with initial team selection or substitutions. It's not working and he's just playing his favourites regardless of performances.

Simply put, other than in defensive efforts against the two best sides in the league, we have not looked very good under him at any stage in the games that truly matter. We will struggle make the play offs under him in what is a very poor league aside from the top three and I would be looking toward the summer and bringing in the right manager to lead us moving forward.

I miss Corberan a lot

An above-average Championship manager who doesn't know his best team and has been making some very strange decisions since he joined.

A massive step down from the previous incumbent, but it was always going to be.

Just on the way home from Norwich , felt the tide turned with a few Albion round us Today towards Mowbray.
Its not good enough from top to bottom , these players are better than this.

Can’t understand why he’s putting his faith in players who are out of contract at the end of the season they shouldn’t be in the matchday squad let alone the team . There’s no way they will be giving 100% .

My gut feeling was never go back , that hasn't changed.
This side needed minor tweaks not the utter mess we see here , time waits for nobody I'm afraid.

Just about sums it up for me. If he fails to get top 6 with this squad then we have to shake hands at the end of the season and part ways.
Smethwick..
