Cardiff now also in for him with Derby but he won't be let go unless we can get an attacker in -  Mr Baggies
I said earlier today that Cardiff was most likely …
It’ll depend on if we get “the other striker “ in

Well if so this isn't going to be at all awkward.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.

I'm glad he's staying, just hope recent events don't overshadow or change what's been a good season from him.

I’m also happy he’s staying if utilised correctly
I don’t mind him from the left , but he has played really well off maja this season and there’s no doubting he looks fitter and more up for the battle

Good bench option off the left for the remainder of the season so happy enough. I can’t imagine KG will be happy as he won’t start much for us I don’t think

Its up to Grant to show what he can do when he comes on.

At the end of this season he has 12 months left on his deal so he needs to knuckle down and get on with it, if only for his next club

Wouldn't mind seeing Grant play behind Armstrong as a second striker.

Hasn’t scored in 2025 , how he’s starting matches is beyond me. Contribution was virtually nil tonight .

Why single out individuals, as I have suggested previously this squad is mid table championship.
It is not the taking part, but the winning that counts.

He looked ok under Corberan when his role was to provide cover to the defence. He worked hard in that role. Under Mowbray he hasn’t added anything. He’s no striker or out and out winger. I just don’t see what he adds.

Mowbray didn't fancy him when he first came in, bombed him out they had an argument and he's been back in the team since its very strange.

He's not the worst offender but he's just not good enough as a footballer, doesn't create enough, doesn't score enough but 'works' hard. Need to get rid and bring some genuine pace in.

Agree with above. Strange situation. Was miffed at being dropped so it feels like Tony brought him back into the team to get him back inside but Grant has done little since then. He's gone back to the Grant of seasons past.

Grant is bang average, I hope we can finally get rid of him in summer.

Did he deserve to be dropped though? Arguably one of the best players under Corberan in 2024.

Hate Derby, but if they stay up flog him to them hopefully.

His performances have definitely declined since Corberan left.

27m on Grant and Grady due to the Bilic/Dowling feud. Nuts.

There are very few if any of the current squad that I would be sorry to see leave in the summer.

However well he might have done under Corboran this season , he certainly has not deserved a starting place under Mowbray . His contribution has been what exactly in 2025 ?

He works very hard and tracks back, but he needs to create more or score more, preferably both. He very rarely gets around his immediate back, so he tries to cut inside, but then he usually runs into a cul de sac.   You saw him today playing in a 442, when between him and Styles virtually nothing came in from the left, though Styles cuts inside even more. .

Maybe he just needs to get back in the gym. He was rubbish under Corberan for 18 months but once he got his PT in he seemed transformed. Then as soon as something didn't go his way he had a strop and threw it all away

Maja
Heggem
Styles
Fellows
Johnston
Price

That's it. Anyone else I wouldn't be bothered about.

There are very few who do deserve a starting place, the problem is the replacements are no better.
