if we could only win the one
« on: April 21, 2011, 09:49:45 AM »
if we could only beat villa or wolves who would you choose!?
would pick the villa as i am not old enough and not sure if i was even alive last time Albion beat villa!
as much as i would like us to beat wolves I think their capable of relegating themselves without our help!

ideally we win both but, i dont see it and would be quite happy with 2 draws in reality
O Albion we love you

Beating the Dingles at their place and relegating them would be amazing and wouldnt be beaten IMO.

I dont want to leave our survival for that match though.  I desperately want to get the 3 points as soon as possible.

Wolves just because it could potentially see them relegated if results fall right prior to the game. If it wasn't for the relegation aspect it would be Villa though, been far too long since we beat them.

Totally unpredictable games though.

The ideal situation is this: Beat Villa and Albion are mathematically safe. Then the week after Beat Wolves and send them down!

But if i had to beat one it would be Villa.....although i really hate the wolves and want to beat them, i have never seen west brom beat the villa.

Beating the Wolves at their place to relegate them whould be the best win ever, and the Wolves fans will never forget that.

Dingles for me every time. There is nothing that fills me with greater happiness and pride than turning the dogheads over whenever wherever. And given the potential situation it is even more important to me sending them down would just be a dream come true.

That takes nothing away from my wanting to beat the vile. Hate them too but just not quite as much
I hate stoke, i hate newcastle more than i hate stoke, i hate andy carrol more than i hate newcastle, i hate v*lla more than i hate andy carrol but i hate the dingles most of all. Albion till i die

Wolves every time. I hate their club, fans, players so much. I think its because we normally do beat them in recent years and couldnt cope if they beat us !!

im used to see us not beating the villa. but Villa are a big club and is no disgrace losing to them, but it is losing to that lot down the road.

The Dingles, without a doubt. Not only could beating them have the potential to be the final nail in their coffin, it would also all but mathematically keep us safe.

Plus relegating the poor sods will eclipse the 3-0 "Southbank" game and the playoffs.

If it was a straight choice between Villa and Wolves it would be Villa for me as I hate them.

However, given the current situation if there is a chance we would seal the dingles relegation if we beat them at their place then I would have to change my mind.

They haven't forgotten the points we clawed back in 2002 and should we relegate them in May they won't forget that in a hurry either.

Besides we can have Villa next season, when we relegated them! :)

Explaining to my Dad and 3 older brothers was the hardest thing. 3 points for us at their place is now vital in my household!

! am afraid it would be both.I have family members who are villa  fans who never shut up saying how big their club is,how many trophies they have won,how big their crowds are how much money they have.To shut them up would be wonderful.
But on the other hand to beat and send down the dingles would be wonderful

The seals wont go down but I would still like to beat them.
I'd like to beat the dog heads more.......picture it!

They need a point for survival, its 90 minutes and the board goes up 3 minutes of injury time.
Two minutes and fifty seconds into that injury time they are all singing, 'We are staying up we are staying up'
Just then Scharner goes through the back of Carl Henry leaving him in a heap, he crosses the ball to Pete whose two yards offside. Pete rises at the back post and punches the ball straight past Hennessey, who's being fouled by MAF at the time, and into the net.

The ref points to the centre circle  :P

Oh Joy

Wash out your mouth Mr tuamigos!!

It would be the Wolves for me as well.  If we send them down I would quite possibly spray myself up the person in front!!

We wouldn't get out of there!! I am telling you now!!  But to be honest, I wouldn't want to leave!
Heyyyyyyy, Tim Sherwood, Oooh, Aahh, I wanna knowwww..........Why you're such a.............

There would be carnage if that happens. Can you imagine the trouble. I think the police would need to ask the army for some help with this one if that happens.
