I don't think anyone deserves to lose there place after last week even though we would be stronger with Big Jon back.

Cracking day out, atmosphere was electric and they played so well. Bossed the game against a good league 2 side very unlucky to not come away with at least a draw. Very proud of them.

The thing for me is Pulis hasn't had Morrison or Brunt(In midfield) available too him for most of the time he's been here. As soon as they are back in the team we have looked soo much better going forward.
If we can get a couple of additions in I see no problem with our defensive play because we actually look a threat again going forward.

Most consistent player so far this season, really improved his forward play and his defensive side of the game is outstanding. How many times do we see him bust a gut to get back and make a challenge and win the ball. He's now adding some dangerous crosses into his game which we really need to start getting on the end off.
I feel bad for the lad as I don't think he will ever get the due credit he deserves with some Albion fans when no one can deny that he always puts 110% for 90 minutes and in this day and age of moaning sulky players looking they couldn't give a pooh I really thought the Albion fans would have took to James as he actually looks like he cares.

« on: October 01, 2016, 06:30:46 PM »We've played no one yet and are only five off the drop. Got all the big teams to play twice, can't be happy with our start to the season or the performances thus far.
We are also 5 points of second place!!! I think your trying to scaremonger here a bit.
Thought that was the best we've played all season and we just seemed to switch off for the 5 minutes before there goal and it cost us. On another day Rondon would of buried his chances and we'd of won comfortably. Disappointed we didn't get the result but thought we played really well and actually looked to create things, good signs.

I heard boos but in all fairness the smethwick didnt stop singing his name when he came on.
Excellent performance from the team, right decision to take Galloway off who looks very shaky. Man of the match James Mcclean, didnt stop running all game in defence and attack.

Motm today for me. Brilliant going forward, and his defensive side has improved majorly. His tackle on Billy Jones and then him tracking back to make that challenge right at the end was superb from him.

Too fat for a right back, let alone a premier league CB. Shocking positionally and far too slow, at fault for the goal at Sunderland.
Sits way too far inside, practically under Dawsons feet for the last 3 games. Not impressed in the slightest, quicker Gamboa is fit the better.
Shocking again today, after this season I can see him being shipped off by Lpool to a champ team, not good enough.

I'm very disappointed that the new lads we have aren't up to speed fitness wise, that is their only job!
Morrison has just come back from a knee operation and somehow makes the team but lads who have had at least some pre-season with their former clubs aren't?
I think we'll be a completely different side when we have the new guys fit and ready but it's very strange that every signing we have made has been unfit.
