We are crying out for some creativity in the middle of the park, if its not working on the flanks for us, it's game over. We have to go back to Swift starting as a 10, he's the only player I think is remotely close to playing that killer ball. Dike and BTA are quick strikers, and they need more creative balls in behind the defensive line to latch on to.

I love CC, and I'm definetly not comparing him to Bruce, but they are fairly similar where they want all attacks to come down the wings. Something needs to change.

When Grant and BTA were playing up top against Birmingham we were still trying to cross balls in, and we all know Grant is the last person you want to head a ball.

I have a horrible feeling the honeymoon period could be over, especially with the run of games coming up.

This lad would be devastating with 3 in the middle

Absolutly shocking,

Start of the season, people were dubbing him 'you score 3, we score 4' type of manager. For whatever reason its just not clicking. We needed to go out that second half and control the game, a third centre midfielder would have contributed massively to us seeing out the game. This needs to be something he looks at over the next few games.

Hes very stubborn in changing his game plan and that really scares me.

Every player does that, it's clearly under instruction.

I understand a more direct approach has taken priority, when a Centre Halve pings it forward  I get it. When you receive the ball in the centre of the park with no opposition within 15 yards of you, a pass should be picked.

Not slating Jake every players has there pros & cons.

Not one for knocking players, but the amount of times he had space on the ball, and the first thing that comes into his head is smash it up the park.

Very frustrating, especially when our goal came from a bit of composure from Furlong in the middle of the park.

We really are crying out for another technical player with Mowatt.

Does anyone know if the allocation has been sold out? Been trying on the website for 2 days to purchase and the game has been removed from the ticket section.

This guy reminds me of Somen Tchoyi, one minute it looks like he can be playing at Barca, the next Blackpool.

If I was a player watching Allardyce on that touchline with some of the facial expressions he pulls would motivate me zero percent. The players should be self motivated, but the Manager is there to motivate and get the best out of these players. Allardyce can not do this.

I'm not 'pro-Bilic' but atleast his players looked like they enjoyed playing for him. He was always animated and invested on the touchline. I feel if he was still in charge we would have picked up a few more points atleast. Even though it still wouldn't be enough.

I can't see Allardyce staying on for much longer. I feel he will put his 'not being relegated' status above the club and the players.

Feel abit bad on the lad yesterday, if we were going to a four at the back, felt like Gibbs should have been sacrificed. Then Dara move over to LB.

Hopefully doesnt effect his confidence too much.

I think the club fail to instill there confidence in our youth players. There has been so many youth players that have gone over the years, that have really shown there potential.

Izzy Brown, George Thorne, Kemar Roofe, Chris Wood, Romaine Sawyers, Tyler Roberts...

Now, I'm not saying these players are world beaters, but some of them have gone on to be quite successful with the level of football we are playing now. It really upsets me how we fail to turn to our prospects or that we don't give them the opportunity they can get elsewhere.

Even youth prospects we have bought. Olly Burke, Scott Allan, James Hurst all them years ago. We invest in these players that other clubs have nutured and we still fail to give them game time

Well, atleast I can start watching our games with a little bit of excitment now...

What I've noticed over the past few games, every team seem to find success from knocking the ball inbetween our CB's and Full Backs out to the wing. Happened numerous times against Forest and the same happened today.

But we can look forward to the rest of the season now with a bit of optimism after the result today......

Not too much though

I really really rate this guy, enjoy the way he plays and puts himself about. Need to play him up top with Saido.
