The worst squad in over twenty years does not help the situation. The back line are not comfortable in possession, ask them to move it quicker and they will make more mistakes.

My heart is always in my mouth when we play from the back
Though I hate the modern way of playing from the back, its so redundant sometimes.

RvN seems out his depth. His win vs West Ham apparently flattered them top. Crazy Leic fans drove Cooper out and somehow get someone worse grass isn't always greener...

I think you're right the promoted sites will sadly keep them up.

Would take Cooper in a heartbeat if I am honest. Though I did wonder why it took Wolves so long to sack GON, he's obviously lost the dressing room. They look a much better side under Pereira. Shame, I was looking forward to them getting relegated.

3 points! I forgot what it felt like to win! Started bright, got the early 2 goals, ok we dropped off straight after but 3 points are massive. Back in the mix.

Its so frustrating watching us, we'll do really good things, then shoot ourselves in the foot. We really should be 3 up. Hopefully we come out 2nd half and show what we did in the first 20 mins.

The score line is not too much of a surprise, just the way we have played. Really toothless and haven't offered anything. Hopefully we can rebuild and get automatic next season (I doubt it)

Best pubs around West Brom to watch? Son wants a bit of atmosphere & I doubt we'll get that in Sutton

Probably Sportmsman mate. Old Hop Hole will have an old school atmosphere.

This is absolutelt shocking. Bunch of bottlers. We don't deserve anything. We don't do deserve the play offs. Words can't comprehend how cack we have been today. Gutted.

Absolutely shocking. How are we losing to this lot. We'll throw the play offs away. Would be absolutely typical. Can't see us getting anything from this.

Need to come out and do what we did against Huddersfield. Can feel us doing a typical Albion and fudging this right up. I'm pessimistic but...COYB!

I TOLD YOU GUYS ABOUT SOUTHAMPTON!!!!

All this nonsensical fear about them utterly ridiculous.

I'd rather lose twice to them in the league and then beat them in the play offs  ;D

Gutted. The sending off really hurt us, Sunderland offered nothing when we had 11 men, they haven't done that much with us down to 10. Game we should be winning really. Norwich winning isn't great either. I know we'll be still in the play offs but would rather finish 5th than 6th.

Really stupid from BTA. Beggars belief! Ref had no choice but to send him off. going to struggle now I think, but Sunderland didn't really offer much to be honest, other than the goal, which was a good finish. Might be worth trying to get one of their players sent off. Maybe Ballard?

Never a peno...feel bad for the (few) Rotherham fans. Usually used to those decisions going against us. I don't like to rag on the ref but that was one of the worst decisions I've seen

No team is ever likely to go up with its present squad!

The Forest problem was that the team they went up with had 5 key loan players and about 7 players out of contract. They literally had I think 9 contracted players left, so they had to spend heavily to get to a squad of 25.  Where they were stupid is that they spent like kids at a sweet stall and ended up with 42 players!

The best chance is to go up, do a Luton and spend modestly, and with a good coach create a chance of staying up.

Am very surprised that Burnley haven’t made a better fist of it. The odds are massively stacked against the promoted teams, but you have to give it a go, take the financial benefits, and be much better placed to go up and then stay up the next time around.

Burnley are incredibly naive defensively. They are decent going forward, but have nothing in defence. Bit like us when Mogga was here.

Felt like we had enough chances to win, hit the post several times...but I'll take the point.

I feel really sorry for Daryl, such a shame. The lad can't catch a break. I wonder where he goes from now. Thoughts go out him

I don't know much about them, but the year group below those seems to have a couple:

Harry Whitwell - midfielder who we fought off interest to keep here
Fenton Heard - I might only remember him because of his first name...think he's another midfielder

Fenton Heard sounds like fifa re-gen.

Whoops!!!!

The tubby granny botherer bites the dust once more. Are we possibly looking at one of the shortest managerial tenures ever?

Already?! Thanks for playing Wayne!

I went to the Huddersfield game a few weeks back and granted there was a lot to moan about but the father-son combo behind me ruined my enjoyment of our 1-2 loss...Honestly though, it was like their hobby was to moan. When we're passing it around or Kipre has nobody showing it was "get the bloody ball forward you useless ***** just get it forward" then when we play it long "keep it on the deck and play some football" and also a sarcastic shouting of "well done." I took great joy in shouting well done when we equalised.

Their blood pressure must be through the roof. Big supporters though, season ticket holders but left early and missed the joy of losing that they were holding out for.

To bring it back to Grady - they aimed so much vitriol at him when he came on as they walked out the stadium. Grady played well last week, i hope he gets a chance again and an opportunity to get some consistency.

I cant stand fans like this. Moaning about everything and slagging everyone off. I don't know how thats getting behind your team.

The ref has been shocking. I don't like to lump on the refs but this one has been rubbish. Who hasn't been booked for nothing?

I am going to be positive and say we usually tend to win if we have a rubbish 1st half. Here's hoping.
