Can't help but think 'Wicky nearly became manager' is a bit of a stretch given he clearly hadn't put much effort into asking whether his former coaching team might actually like to come and join him at the Albion  .

Thought it was visas that stopped them coming, rather than them not wanting to come?

The most annoying thing is all of the teams in the positions above have bottled it and limped over the line.

We have given away an easy season. Regardless of today’s result, they should be ashamed.

Really poor.

Few chances granted, but our drop off has been spectacular…even with a slim chance of making the PO’s we’ve produced that.

Major work needed on this squad.

I think Gary O'Neil would be a good choice.

Muslic at Plymouth, Rohl and Selles at Hull would also be ones to look at.

I'm gutted for him, but....I think it was right to do.

Something has gone horribly wrong. It's not just the manager either, these players are to blame overall. Weak footballers.

Listen, anyone who knows me knows I hate Villa, and more than I do Wolves.

But, I’ll hold my hands up and say they are a decent side, they’ve employed a top manager, have good involved ownership, and delivered on their promise of UCL within 5 years.

Hate to say it, but they are a good watch too.

Bristol, Cov and Boro are all in much better form.

First half we played better then 2nd.

But that was a cracking performance, more than matched Burnley on their own turf.

Unlucky not to win it with Johnstone shot.

Diakite was immense tonight. Swift excellent for me too.

Styles and Heggem their usual 7-7.5/10

Expecting more from Armstrong, it will come though
