As we're playing catch up, it's a side in competition with us, it would be another statement to the league. To absolutely murder Derby and Boro away and then go and beat the Albion would be a sign of intent.

It'll be a good game. There should be (kiss of death) be goals in it. Villa are the form side out of the two of us but we are dangerous going forward and look tighter since reverting to a 4-5-1. I'd love a win but can't see past a score draw (2-2) at the moment? A lot will depend on our midfield. I expect Villa to have lots of possession but I think their defence can be got at!

Very nervous about this one, I'd imagine they'll target our RB as the weak link in our back 4. The pessimist in me says 3-1 Villa....

Come on chaps, have some faith. We all thought we were going to get mullered by the 'strong favourites' Leeds and look what happened there. Villa are a reasonable side who have found a bit of form. We are not too bad ourselves........

Hopefully Mozza will shut Grealish up and Darren will use his substitutions correctly and at the right time.

There is a definite almost palpable frisson in the air about this particular game this time around, not sure why maybe it is the Friday night, end of the week thing.
As the only Baggie at my very staid place of work there has been some snarling between myself and a couple of the seals here, if there are others with fish breath they keep their alliances to themselves
