Agreed, it's poor
Well it does look as if we'll sell the full allocation but personally it's no great surprise that there's still a few tickets left and sales were a bit sluggish.
Even with the £30 max ticket costs, it still remains an expensive day when you follow the Albion away from home, and while I accept there's a bit of a downbeat vibe at present, I feel it's more a legacy of some of the crazy prices over the past few seasons with many of the regular hardcore away supporters simply being priced out and losing the habit of regular travelling.
From a selfish perspective, with the Baggies Travel coaches being particularly convenient, I do think it's a shame the club haven't subsidised the official travel costs, as I know some other clubs have gone down that route, especially with the crazy amount of money coming into the game this season.
But very much looking forward to the day and pleased that it looks as if it'll be a complete sell out.
