West Bromwich Albion FC / Re: New Kit for next season

Last two seasons have been the best for me for a long time, pure navy and white. Just hope the same guys have designed the forthcoming one. Just don't let any Nike designers near it FFS.

Rodgers is a fraudster, in the realms of Rooney and Lampard.

CC, Carlos Corberan or Chalk and Cheese.  Outstanding turn around.

Considering our goals against tally and goal difference, he must be doing something right most of the time. We all make mistakes.

We have done fantastically well to be in the position we are in, given the overall circumstances and where we all thought we would be at the beginning of the season.
Should we be in the pay offs at the end of the season? Yes we should.
The fact we can say that is a fantastic testament to a passionate, hard working and dedicated coach.

What we have all hoped and prayed for has come to pass.
The new owners seem to have been  the best option available from the interests that were bidding.
The sword of Damocles seems to have been removed and our finances look manageable.
The new owner seems genuinely interested and seems to have a long term plan in mind.
At this moment in time that is arguably the best we could have seriously hoped for.
Perhaps the acquisition by an Arabian Multi Billionaire and the simultaneous announcement of a BTA engagement to Taylor Swift may have been an upgrade, but we are where we are now.  Lets go !

Considering where we were only a short time ago, focusing on who we will meet in the play offs underlines what a job CC has done. His achievement is outstanding.

I think it might be a tad soon to consider stand development, but just shows how our hopes have changed in just a few days.

Very happy for the guy to have had such a good start, considering his loan was arguably questionable. Hope he continues to shine and contributes as well as he has done so far. Well done mate.

Reading the Sun this morning and noticed 'Championship Club with new Owners'... i thought it cant be, can it? Then saw that at last, it was true, the nightmare is over.
Great appreciation for all the efforts of AFA and all who have fought hard in everyway they could over the last few years. Bad things happen when good people do nothing and when good people do something we see the results.
This is a great day for everyone who loves our Club. And yes, i am crying.

The next time we sing it we will no doubt be challenged by the rozzers for potential hate speech.

Would be devastating if CC left. His ability, together with a new owner and  hopefully some new incomings would be great to see. He has  proven consistently what he can do with limited options, imagine what he could do with his own, full squad.
But i suppose having to put up with the  limitations he has had to put up with one could not blame him if lured away by a bigger, better opportunity, not that Palace is that amazing, but another step up the ladder for him. Hope its just tittle tattle.

Great guy, great attitude, unfortunately terrible injury record. But we knew that when we signed him.

Keep him until the end of the season to prevent a dip in defensive cohesion. Do not extend contract and offload in the summer.

And also a weak league compared to last season, and poor game tactics have all led us to this awful league position we find ourselves in.

The  second goal with the front line charging up the pitch looked like old times and the ' Charge of the Light Brigade'  inspiring stuff of dreams.

Average league, average teams, we are not using the youngsters, tactics are staid, substitutions are late and weak, we totally deserve where we are languishing in the play off places having totally outplayed a top three team….Corberan out!

We have one of the best Managers in the league, who is getting us results that are above what we should really expect given the woeful finances , pathetic ownership and lack of resources.
Realistically most of us would have settled for mid table and a non-relegation battle given our circumstances.
It is a long season so maybe that is where we will end up eventually. But to be where we are currently, is a bonus and is down to great coaching, man management and adaptability, long may it continue.

As usual, and typical Albion just when we look like we are starting to gel and put in decent performances we fail to turn up. The only consistency about us is our inconsistency.
