A draw will do it now against Preston.

Pressure on tbh we didn't deserve a get of jail card. Can't beat Preston we don't deserve play offs

Just need to avoid defeat unless Hull win by double figures.

If you’d have told me at the start of the season this would happen I’d have snatched your hand off. However, as always ‘it’s the hope …’ We have been poor for sometime and to be fair don’t deserve to be in the play-offs but you never know.

This really is a fantastic league. What a game, where neither team would settle for a point.

If you don't get a draw against a Preston team who are (most likely) on the beach then you have no right being in those play offs.

We need a draw to stand a chance of bettering Norwich though and a draw puts us level with Hull even if they win but we have superior GD so a draw will do it unless Hull beat Plymouth by 11 goals

Typical Albion to take it to the last day
As Plymouth could still get relegated let's hope they are up for it against Hull

A timely reminder that next time somebody writes off our academy kids as not being good enough based on a lack of intensity under 23 game - ex academy graduates Finn Azaz and Alex Gilbert both scored for Middlesbrough yesterday. Boro actually started more Albion academy graudates than we did yesterday.

Sam Field was MoM for QPR on Friday. Rogers has scored for the Vile I could go on....

This has to change and that means playing our youngsters.

I can see exactly what's going to happen now.

We'll lose 0-1 to Preston.

Hull will be held to a draw by Plymouth.

Blues will beat Norwich.

We'll fall over the line and qualify due to other results; Blues will stay up, and Plymouth - who haven't been in the drop zone all season - will be unlucky and go down.

We'll then win the home leg of the play-offs 1-0 to give everybody false hope, before getting beaten comprehensively in the away leg.

Our tails are up we win both legs of playoffs and get to final at Wembly on a high, who knows?

I like and pray for your scenario.

F the Blues. You come and copy the vile scum chant of f the Albion you deserve relegation even if it could be argued an ex scum consigned you to that relegation.

It was a really weird game at St Andrews this season. Usually there's not much animosity between fans etc but they were worse than usual. On the pitch their players did over the top celebrations against our fans too it was strange.

I never used to give a toss about them, and always classed them as the irrelevants.

But, now we are worthy to have a chant against us like sotv and these apparently vile haters have adopted it too, then f them and all who sail in her.

Add to that that if we are in the same division next they will be a bigger threat than those around them in the relegation zone, my wish is an embarrassing Garry cook inspired Rooney relegation.

On the flipside where are the likes of Harper, Leko and Edwards then?

See it goes both ways with youngsters, not that I don't disagree with your point we have the oldest squad in the division and uncoincidentally we've run out of steam
