Forest did what we did against Wigan, rested their big-hitters and got mugged off. As soon as I saw their line up I knew they wouldn't win, looked so weak.

Fulham and Brentford had been my favourites for the top 2 prior to deadline day, still think they are both very dangerous. Really need to capitalise for once tomorrow to take pressure off the Forest game.

Lamouchi is an idiot. They HAVE to beat us now after resting their first team.

That may suit us.. open the game up..

This could be a defining month where we play 5 games in the next 18 days, hopefully this is where those additional players brought in the transfer window makes the difference with having the capacity to use and rotate the squad.

It's been in our own hands for months. Here's hoping our elongated blip was just that, a blip. Time to resume control of the table and our own destiny. COYB.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.

I think Millwall will beat Fulham tonight.
They're at home to London rivals and were embarrassed by us on Sunday.

They'll be right up for it.

We need to be careful as they primarily play on the counter, picking teams off when they overcommit

Fulham have had the standout squad from day one and I remember being p issed when they took knockheart on loan too. It's a shame the Mitrovic injury was not as bad as first thought as he is the best striker in this division.

The novice Parker seems to have got the measure of this division now and shored up his defence and is now getting the one Nils at Blackburn that promotions are built on.

I hope they lose tonight, but long term I hope we are going up with them as I think they will definitely be in the top two as they have the core of the players that went up a couple of seasons ago.

Regarding Leeds, the guy Augustin they took on loan has a bad boy image of kicking off from what I was reading about him in a magazine last year, so hopefully that will continue.

Reading will be very difficult tonight imo, as their new manager is getting a tune out of them now and on their day their forwards can be dangerous.

If we play like we did at Millwall we have a great chance though to bring all 3 points home.

Forest on Saturday will be more difficult as they rested 5 players last night and lost so will be like a wounded animal.

Hopefully, Slav doesn't rotate tonight like at Wigan as that really backfired then.

Agree mostly about Fulham.
Not sure what tune you are hearing from Reading though, they haven't won in the league since 1st Jan ( when they beat Fulham). It won't be an easy game but I'm confident we can get a win.

They are drawing a lot of games, and imo that shows relisence and came back in the cup against Cardiff recently too.

it would show resilience IMO if they grabbed a draw from being behind but in the recent league games they've drawn they have done that twice and been pegged back twice.
On Saturday against a very weak Hull side, that had been thrashed 1-5 by Brentford the weekend before, they couldn't see the game out and conceded late on.

I agree with you that it will be a tough game but I'm not seeing a particularly resilient side that's all.

Fulham have the best team in the division, always hoped Parker's inexperience would hold them back but they seem to be overcoming that.

Poor defending Fulham on set piece. Hotly disputed for possible offside.

Replay: well off.

So them nearly grabbing an equalizer tonight instead of capulating when we were on top, isn't resilient?

ah hindsight such a wonderful thing.

I don't remember them having chances when we were on top though. They came into the game last 20 mins when we were tired and had a goal rightly ruled out for offside that's not resilience that's us being tired having played a day later than them in poor conditions against Millwall away. They had a relatively easy home game a day before, against a poor Hull side and couldn't see out a win. No not resilient.

Resilience would have been them being able to hold out for a win having taken the early lead or them coming back to take a point or all 3. They didn't so again no not resilient.

Us, on the other hand, having gained 24 points from losing positions is resilience.
