I hope harry kane scores 6 own goals, whilst souare has a field day at the britannia, and the winner deflects off eddie howe into the swansea net saturday, whilst big sam taunts the southampton fans after a romping 6-0 win. Not much to ask is it?!

I think that's entirely reasonable.

I know we'll be down if it happens, but I'd be bizarrely happy with a 1-1. We'll probably be down anyway, but at least it would continue the run of positive results.

If Stoke lose, we have to go all out to win, treat it like cup tie and chase everything down. If our desire is greater than theirs, we can beat them.
If Stoke get a result, then yes, happy with a draw to keep the run going. Aim to finish the season unbeaten under Big Dave.

same starting 11 as the past few games for me, so:

                                                        Foster
        Nyom               Dawson                               Hegazi                Gibbs

                                         Livermore                    Brunt

              Phillips                                                                             McClean

                                                     Rodriguez

                                                                Rondon

Subs: Myhill, Evans, Yacob, Krychowiak, Chadli, Burke, Sturridge

It's the subs that are the trickiest part for me. I think the subs against both Liverpool and Newcastle were wrong but we got 4 points from those games so it's hard to argue with what Moore does, however I don't like the way we seem to get rid of most of the little pace we have in the side (McClean & Rodriguez) leaving only Phillips and set up to sit back for the final 15-20 minutes. In my opinion we should keep pace on both flanks as an out to relieve some of the pressure we invite on us by sitting back.

I would probably never picked the line up from Big Dave's first game, but it worked somehow, so can't see any reason to change it.
Just hope every one of them, regardless of their motivation, comes out and plays like it's the most important game ever. No shirked challenges, lazy running or tracking or running around pointing at other players. To a man, they need to take responsibility. They owe us that.
If they do that and we get beat, then so be it.

Despite him not refereeing us since Stamford Bridge. A decision which has turned out to be hugely pivotal for us as a club (No way Clarke would have been sacked so early had we won that game), this not the 1st time he has been 4th official in our games.

I know, I'm never happy though when he is anywhere near any of our games. I think the last time he had anything to do with us was as VAR at Anfield in the Cup?

3200 tickets left for the game Saturday  :o. £40 a ticket for spurs is ridiculous, spurs aren't a causal fan draw, their not a Liverpool or Man Utd. To think if stoke lose or draw and Swansea lose, if we win and we are still hanging on in there it will be in front of thousands of empty blue seats

It's not £40, it's £35..........

https://wbatickets.co.uk/custom/documents/pdf/WBAFC%20Ticket%20Info%20Page%20(Spurs).pdf

........ but I agree with your sentiments, drop the price and bring 'em in for what is a very important fixture!

It's also daft that home supporting adults are expected to pay more than travelling supporters (I'm aware of the arguments re' away travel costs etc, but football's too expensive anyway).  In fact when you look a little deeper it's even more questionable considering Mr Jenkins 'reportedly' attended several home fixtures as a 'fan' between stints as CEO.

He openly stated he didn't feel he'd received value for money, and possibly at a lower price, so I'd suggest it's pretty stupid/greedy/short sited/wholly bloody predictable to charge £35 for the final home game of our season horribilis.

And I don't care if the decision for the pricing of this fixture was arrived at by the previous board, they've been sacked which in itself suggests they didn't know what the hell they were doing!
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.

Absolutely agree with this. There is always the argument that it is unfair on season ticket holders if prices are continually lowered for individual games but this season's Brummie Road and Smethwick End early bird season ticket prices worked out at £20 per game so providing the prices weren't dropped any lower that that there is nothing for anyone to moan about is there!

I'm staggered by this. I know £35 is a lot of money for a lot of people, particularly when knowing Spurs fans are only paying £30 to watch the same game. Even so, it's the last home game of the season and hopefully after the early kick off in the Stoke game, still something to play for. If the early result goes our way then it's our biggest game of the season, I can't believe we haven't sold out for what could be one of those 'I was there' moments. As I mentioned in the pre match chat thread, there was really no reason not to reduce the prices for this one. As long as the prices aren't lowered to less then the average cost per game of the season ticket price then there would have been no complaints from anyone and we would have had a guaranteed full house.

if I remember right the old board basically said they put so many offers to get people in early season under Pulis that they couldn’t do it at the end of the season even if they wanted to.

I’ll see if I can find it.

They are not going on general sale. My mate wanted 3 but couldn't get any because he didn't have enough points on his membership.
I understand it to a point, as it stops Spurs fans getting tickets for home end, but it does stop genuine Albion fans who don't get to many games.

Yeah it's a maximum of 2 tickets per member, not sure how it's working for general sale at the moment, but I had to assign at least me and 1 other member when buying 4 tickets.
