Stumbled across this video on YouTube and found it fascinating, so I thought I would share it on here. It’s to do with Corberan’s tactics.

The keeper situation is interesting. I don’t know maybe I’m over complicating this but here’s my thoughts.

Griffiths being recalled seems to indicate we would like him involved for the rest of the season.

Button got the nod for bench duties yesterday, I do wonder if this is because CC wants to keep him ‘sweet’ for any cup games - whether that be starting or on the bench. This due to the fact that Griffiths is cup tied.

I also think that if Griffiths wasn’t cup tied he would play on Tuesday.

I think (or hoping more than anything) as soon as we are out of the cup then Button would get bombed from the squad for the rest of the season and Griffiths would get valuable time and experience around the first team. I mean why else would we recall him in the first place?

As I said maybe I’m reading far too much into this  ;D

Bottom line is for me Palmer has to start on Tuesday.

If the ref misses an elbow in the match and then finds out and puts it in her report it is a three game ban. I'm not buying into this victimhood mentality.

That’s what I was saying, unless you misquoted because the quote messed up on mrmultivacs post.

I said I wanted to know if it was mentioned in her match report.

If he gets a ban the club need to shout from the rooftops about the Chesterfield player who scraped his studs down Ajayi’s Achilles which was as bad.

Unfortunately for us no further action can be taken from that because the ref saw it and gave a yellow card.

Source: I’m a ref myself and know these things.

However what I want to know is if the ref included it (Thomas Asante’s elbow) in her report because if she didn’t then the media have instigated it which I don’t agree with.

It is a red card offence though.

Second time we’ve been done by the media (Gayle dive v Forest) how many other clubs get a player banned for diving? None or at least very few to my knowledge.

You're welcome. If you've never added a cup fixture to your Stile Card before (if you haven't already done so) be aware that once you've purchased it you then have to activate/load your card via your account for it to become valid for the fixture itself.

Yeah luckily I had noticed that on there and did it, but again thanks for heads up.

Ticket link is now live. If buying multiple tickets do as John says and go to 'community/reserved tickets' as 'order history' only takes you to your own ticket as opposed to friends and family. Loaded ours straight onto our Stile Cards. No hassle whatsoever. Logged in and out in no time at all.

Yeah all sorted now Dan.

Thank you both  ;)

If you go to your account & scroll down to a "home page" section with a red coloured background.
Go to the community tab & then reserved tickets.

They're not loaded yet, but they have been reserved.

Cheers John, top man.

Found it with your help, I assume we will be able to buy from tomorrow I’d have thought?

As a referee myself who actively does run the line as well, I can confirm you are right Ronnie_Allen as to how both of them would have missed it.

However should have been picked up by the 4th official and I suspect the other assistant who from my experience of doing it would have probably been looking in that area as play developed.

Seeing as we don’t have a sub section for the replay yet I thought I’d pop this here.

I’m trying to reserve my season ticket seat in the SME for the replay but can’t figure out how to do it?

I’m very good on computers but our ticketing site always makes me want to smash my screen up!

I’ve logged into my account but don’t see an option anywhere to buy for the replay.

Tried going to order history as it said that in the ticketing article but still don’t see an option.

I know I can call the ticket office on Monday but want to get it out the way.

Can anybody help?

Difference between first and second half was night and day. Well done to CC for tweaking it.

Palmer with a magnificent save to prevent it going to 2 nil also deserves more praise.

Also special mention to Furlong for his craftiness, delayed restart after our equaliser to allow the medical team precious more seconds to get O Shea bandaged up. Also on more than one occasion he wasted time by deliberately walking further forward for a throw in knowing full well he will be told to go back.

Nice to see a bit of rubbish housing from us instead of it being against us all the time.

Ticket system down? I was going to get a ticket, any ideas for how long or are they not bothered with selling tickets ?

I read just that there was a problem with the system and people found a glitch to get free tickets for the game. I kid you not.

They are probably fixing the problem and that’s why you can’t purchase at the moment.

The amateur hour element of the stage construction at the end added to the entertainment. Only Albion.

In our defence Dan (and nobody else seems to have picked up on this) the guys who were making a pigs ear of it were wearing Premier League t shirts. So nothing to do with us!

So gutted to have missed this, had me ticket right by the halfway line, but caught Covid at the worst possible time and being the responsible citizen I am I stayed away. Well done the kids  8)

Still not calmed yet, what a complete farce that ending was.

It won't be Hamiltons title in the records but in my mind it will always be that it should have been.

Hoping for a Sheffield win Monday
QPR are too close.
SU would like to win too, because 3 points and they are knocking on the door of the play offs.
They will be up for it.

Game is not being played due to QPR covid problems. They have not sought permission from the EFL though. Will be watching with interest after us being forced to play yesterday.

If this post gets deleted, then I apologise in advance.

Just to confirm what has already been said, I'm block B1 right at the back. Let him die was definitely NOT sung. As mentioned previously, it was he's going to cry in a minute sung that was aimed at the young City fans giving it large.

I thought he looked familiar to me. I was his assistant ref on a game with him at Walsall academy during lockdown. He was coming back from injury then.

He had a good game today I thought, with the exception of no booking for the foul on Hugill when we were breaking away.

I was told yesterday the first bottles were thrown by Millwall supporters. Although they wouldn't have come with deposits I suspect the scene captured was of those bottles being returned with interest.

I was an innocent bystander and can confirm the first bottles were thrown by our good friends from London. At least 3 or 4 bottles were thrown over before some of our lot started returning fire.

I still can't understand why there was no stewards there, every game I've  been to (STH) for the last few seasons there has always been 3 or 4 stewards there. Millwall come to town and there is none for the first time, something gone wrong somewhere!!!

Why do you this to me all the time Albion?

The term 'legend' is banded about all too often, given his business interests outside of the game I'd be surprised if HRK ever joins forces with 'Play with a Legend'......

I'm the assistant referee in the video of the goal on that page, and don't ask  ;D

I can't believe how lazy this guy is, did absolutely nothing all game. Must be dropped for the next game. :)

 ;D

You're lying though, it was his long diagonal pass (notice the word pass and not clearance) that started the move for our first goal.  ;)

Just been on Vile Talk

They are surpassing themselves now, Gentlemen I give you this gem ! :o :o :o

We need Diego Simeone as manager with Beckham as assistant manager.

I have no doubt they would get the team kicking.

Almost fell off me chair laughing. ;D ;D ;D

The thing that is worrying me from a purely footballing point of view is the possibility of playing 3 games a week to conclude the season.

We have struggled when playing 3 games a week so far this season from what I remember!

Middlemore Road to be closed from 5pm tonight to facilitate the large number of coaches expected
No indication of how far along Middlemore Road it will extend but hopefully not as far as the station

My Moms a steward, she said it’s 40 coaches apparently, so get your tape measure out  ;)
